First impressions, since I’ve only had a few days. It’s a beautiful set, I love the handles! Super non stick so far and wash up quickly and beautifully. I bought the black based on past experience with ceramic cookware of another brand. The white coating stained very easily. I can’t speak to this brand being the same, but I didn’t want to take a chance. I love the little egg pan, it’s a nice addition. I researched before buying this brand and it was a recommendation on several sites as a more wallet friendly set that is similar to the costly caraway. Weight isn’t super heavy but doesn’t feel flimsy. The handles are just fantastic and are functional and great looking. Overall I am impressed and happy with the purchase. I am following recommendations to hand wash and use silicone utensils. Also I’m not using super high heat as recommended.

Only regret I have is not getting Carote kitchenware sooner. Some of the BEST kitchenware I've used. The quality was immediately noticable. There was weight to each of the pieces, beautiful granite-like look, immaculate wood handles for cookware and lids. Pieces heat up quickly, handle heat well, non-stick, clean easily. I think Im going to look forward to using these for years to come. Definitly getting some sets for family members.

This was gift set for my wife, she is the one providing the review. Excellent set, however, I would have preferred that the big shallow pan had a second handle to lift and move around. All the pots and pans are beautiful and very useful, heavy and easy to clean.

These pots are amazing! You can't beat the quality for the price. They are light to handle, easy to clean, sturdy and are non-stick. I was hesitant to purchase them due to the fact that they are not dishwasher safe, but I am so pleased that I did. Would highly recommend them.

This is my 3rd set of Carote. My reason for purchasing was for the health of it. My first two sets I was very hard on. Multi-tasking, cooking too high. Almost burning food. Mind you, we have food allergies/sensitivities, so I must cook all our food from scratch. I cook more than 5 meals a day as a homeschooling mommy of 2. (Family of 4.) . The sets usually last me 10 month torturing them. Still non stick After scratching and the ceramic looking dark and seasoned from overheating. Shopping around, I ended up going with Carote a 3rd time. This time I am being much more careful. Starting on medium and then turning it a bit down. I am still getting crispy bacon, browned chicken nuggets made from scratch etc. My last two sets were dark grey and dark cream. This bright cream set worried me. I have made plenty of red spaghetti sauce with no staining. I did read reviews and made sure I chose their line with the name granite in it this purchase. Now that I am cooking intentionally, my pans are not turning dark on the bottom interior and exterior. They are lasting much longer. If you get a defective handle. Being they are wood, they will replace. I do not submerge the lids in water, so water doesn't get in between the hollow area of the glass and handle. I love Carote. This set will definitely last me over a year this time. I was too scared to do the stainless steel having to worry about where they are made as each brand has many coming from different places, lawsuits, and the concern with really being careful. I like the silicone spatula it comes with. Nice size, and my girls like the colorful sprinkle design. I am so happy not having to spend hundreds on a set that disappoints. These are better than the home store brands that sell indvidual ceramic pieces. These do not stick and last way longer. I have had this set for a few months now and they are still looking brand new. When it comes to stacking any pots and pans, I use the fabric star looking things my first Carote set came with to put in between for storage. I am buying another set. I just love the sizes. They heat up nice and even as my stove is. I start on medium and then tske it down a bit once they are cooking well. I never have put them in the dishwasher since they have wooden handles. I also don't need to nor would use a rough scrubber on them.
