Love these! Cleaning up is with a sponge with hot water and detergent. Such easy maintenance. There’s a size for every purpose. Nothing sticks. Just be careful about scratching it - be diligent!

I’ve had these pots and pans for approx a year and 1/2. They weren’t expensive but I had hoped they would last longer than this. One of the lids cracked when I was cooking. The biggest issue is the paint color inside the pots is chipping off. I only use silicone utensils and don’t put the pots in the dishwasher. I contacted customer service and they are only warranted one year. Do not waste your money on these! It can’t be healthy to eat paint chips. Some pots are discolored. One pot had the inside melt into pasta. It was a clear plastic and just peeled into the good. Going in the trash. ... show more

    • This is a beautiful cookware set
I was cautious when the item came, remembering some reviewers mentioned damaged pieces when theirs arrived. The shipment came a day early, was heavy and everything was intact, well packaged and no damaged pieces. I was impressed with how they designed the packaging to get so many parts into the box without wasting an inch of space. Plenty of wrapping and not a single piece was damaged. The set is beautiful. I've used the set twice so far and I can see how it would change the way I adjust my cooking times for a set that responds quickly to temperature. I put a pot of water on to boil for pasta and I swear in less than 5 minutes the water was ready on my gas stove. Just a fluke I'm sure, your mileage may vary. I used the medium sauce pan to warm up some left-over chili, daring the finish to stain but it didn't. And I don't have to tell you how simple the clean up is with this set. Today I used the griddle for sausage patties and the small frying pan for fried potatoes with the medium pan for fried eggs. I swear everything tasted better because the light color means there is no invitation for the food to burn too quickly. I'm a baker as well, always sticking to lighter colored pans so that the bottoms of my beautiful cakes and breads do not darken to an untasteful crust. Used with the right tools, and cared for the right way, this cook ware should last a good long time. I look forward to cooking our meals now. And I particularly appreciate the way the lid can be propped onto the offset in the handle so that boiling liquids stay hot enough to maintain the boil while not boiling over.     • Beautiful and lightweight
I have been reading reviews and watching videos for the past few months trying to find a quality set I would love. When I found this one I did see some reviews indicating that they received the set with one pot that was “bad”. All the reviews I read stated that the company replaced the pot very quickly and easily which made me feel confident in the order. I ordered the 21 pc white set and indeed received one of the faulty pots. It seems like a factory “misprint” for lack of a better word. The pot is slightly bent which makes the lid not fit. I contacted the company, sent pics& video and they replaced the pot quickly! The only issue I have now is the discoloration in one of the pans :( Perhaps this is just the price you pay for having white pans. I will be contacting the company to see if they have a resolution to fix the discoloration. If not I will just have to live with it. The set beautiful, lightweight and very easy to clean! I truly LOVE the set! I would have given 5 stars if I had only received the defective pot and it was resolved quickly. But with the discoloration of my large pan I'm a little disappointed. ... show more

    • Note! Turn down the heat! Great pans but the 6 inch pan does NOT work on induction!!!!!
This set is fantastic and the pans truly are non-stick and wash like a dream. I read the poor ratings some customers have given this set and think they may have just had the heat too high. I only use induction cooktops which are much easier on your pans than gas or even conventional electric stoves. THESE PANS DON'T NEED HIGH HEAT TO DO THE JOB!! They cook evenly and are really beautiful. I'm very happy with my purchase. UPDATE!!! I'VE BEEN USING THESE NOW FOR 6 WEEKS. THEY'RE THE BEST PANS I'VE EVER OWNED! LOVE THEM!!! ... show more

So, after a few months of use I can honestly say that you get what you pay for. The non-stick aspect of these pans is great. However, the frying pan we use most often has stained to the point that the cooking surface looks dirty. The non-stick material has chipped im a few areas around the rim of the pans.     • A great set of cookware
UPDATE: 10/21/24 received my replacement pan, directly from manufacturer. They did what they promised and I am very happy withy the customer service and speed of shipping. Edited to 5 stars. After reading a bunch of reviews and searching for some top rated cookware, I decided to purchase this set, and in the lighter color which was new for me. I've been very impressed with the heat distribution, as well as it's styling and weight. It's not too heavy to use one-handed when necessary. There are many pieces to this set, so you should never NOT find a piece that fits your needs. Only wish they would include maybe a 1qt sauce pan or something small for heating up a can of soup or a single serving of something. I did have some trouble with one of the fry pans recently, that ended up losing its non-stick coating and something ended up burning and leaving marks. I contacted the maker, and got a very kind and prompt response from them. After sending some pictures to them, they are actually sending me a replacement pan! Not many manufacturers will do that any more. Needless to say I'm very pleased overall with my set, and think that it will last me a while. ... show more
