I wasn't sure at first, but the disconnecting handles do help allot and 2 is enough for us. Sometimes i have multiple pans but only use one handle. It also saves allot of space in cabnets and dishwasher when you dont have to worry about a handle. I've had this set for almost a year and I still love using these! The pans are beautiful, seem sturdy. I've been using them for about 2 weeks, no complaints. My only concern are the handles. First, it's a weird concept to get used to. I've found myself going to grab the pot as though there's an attached handle like traditional pans. I don't allow the handle to stay attached while cooking, because then it needs to be cleaned of any food residue. Second, I struggle with fully trusting the handle. They do seem sturdy, but they're also detachable by design. So I do worry that it'll come off or loose while actively being used. Again, that may just be because the idea if detachable handles is still new to me. Pots are easy to clean. Heat very fast. Retain heat incredibly well. Even though they're nonstick, I still use a little oil or butter by default. No issues with sticking. I boiled pasta water and one pan did get that weird white residue from the salt, which caught me off-guard. It did come off with cleaning, but took a little extra rubbing.

I received this set as a Christmas present and and absolutely in love with them! I have had these for several months now and they are rust free! I have used these to bake with and cook with and I can assure you these are scratch resistant! They are easy to store as they stack up very neatly. The cleaning process is easy, they are non-stick, and make cooking and baking easy!

I’d been wanting these and wasn’t sure whether to trust social media. I but the bullet when they were on sale and my only regret is not getting a larger set. I love the removable handle, I’m saving so much space getting rid of my old set with nonstick finish peeling off, and the handle is sturdy and trustworthy. Cooking feel the same as with any other set I’ve had and the black and gold is so aesthetically pleasing. Easy to clean, nonstick, definitely recommend.

Bought these on accident... but keeping! They didn't replace all of my old pans, but i really love the total black, versus the cream that my daughter had that holds stains from grease.... the lids are great! I don't use the "storage lids" for storage as they don't seal shut, but they are great for keeping things warm! I'm obsessed with the removeable handles! Makes them so easy to use! I haven't had any issues with things sticking. Still think a good buy for the money!
