Summary: Treat like fine porcelain, no metal utensils, medium heat only, Always use non aerosol oil & hand wash and dry to maintain non-stick qualities. these will treat you very well if you baby them ONLY and NEVER once abuse them. one mistake and they will be trash. (leave on hot stove empty, don't oil, place in cold water while hot, use metal utensils or flatware, bang for nurses and they will be ruined.) used 4 of them so far and for this price first impressions are pretty good, Keep them no higher then MEDIUM heat and always use Avocado oil once pan is warm before you add food or fluids, Always hand wash. these are delicate. no forks, no metal. but that is all normal for non-stick pans. the pack up into a tiny foot print and are very lightweight, they al heat incredibly fast as they are thin aluminum with a stone coating. never use metal or forks, these are probably not good on an open flame but maybe over proper hot coals, I have not tried, great travel set or maybe camping. will check back if anything changes on my opinion. The handles are great! you can two hand one pan! and clip your significant others clothing which they will find as much fun as I had clipping them on the back of my ladies sweater and yelling RAT! she didn't like it, but you will. to keep accidental damage from happening i suggest removing metal pan utensil from your kitchen, this kit comes with a set that wont damage your pans.

I absolutely love these pans/pots. Definitely worth the money. I have cooked food that stuck to a lot of pot and pans first time cooking. All the food has slide right out. Even cooked quesadillas and the cheese was all over the pan after the 3rd use and nothing stuck to my. Pans it fell right out. I will be recommending these to everyone I know. And I buy pot and pans every 3 to 6 months (I think it gross to cook on pots and pans more then that for as much as I cook) (no matter how many times I scub them clean and sterilize them they get a smell and leave a taste on food.) I will be buying these again and if they have bigger sets I will buy thoes

Wow, really impressive cookware set, especially for the price paid. The nonstick coating is on the inside and outside surfaces, with the only exception being outside on the machined bottom. Very pretty also. I got the white color option, but it also comes in black, and some other sets by this maker are available in other colors. First use, I boiled some fruit juice for making my own Jello using unflavored gelitan. (The key to making your own 'natural' jello is to boil the juice and add the gelatin powder as the juice is boiling.) OK, now for an engineer's evaluation of heat dispersion in the pots and pans -- I was very surprised to see a very uniform transfer from the stove's flame spread uniformly through the pots surface, including the walls. These pots and pans are thicker than the normal one-layer tin pan, but still fairly lightweight, and I expected to see hot spots on them, but all I saw was tiny bubbles uniformly around the pots interior. Turning the pot upside down revealed a machined bottom that apparently controls the heat spread. Another feature I especially liked are the removable handles that allow one to store their cookings in the pot or pan without the handle taking up as much room in the refrigerator as the pan. Last, but least are the silicon tops for keeping the flavors in, and extraneous flavors out, during such storage. Only one 'con' (more like a caution) that I can see is the need to use "soft" silicon utensils (also available from Amazon), and don't use metal utensils (which tend to damage the nonstick coating.)
