So far it has worked wonders. For the flat, very minimal to non butter needed for breakfast cooking. For big ones, oil does not stick which keeps a clean cooking. It distributes heat evenly. The removable grip is really good, it holds a grip really steady and since its removable, cookware can be stored without the hassle of lack of accommodation space. I do not dare to clean the cookware with the dishwasher but since it is really non-stick, food can be removed quite easily and removes food and oils really easy. They are not that heavy, I dare say they are really light. Do not use metal cookware utensils as it most likely scratch ceramic. They look really great and hope they are really durable for the money's worth.

I love this project it’s so convenient and saves so much space!!! Throw out your old pots and pan set these are so in. My Signifigant other used a metal spatula on it (ik he’s clueless) and didn’t even phase. LOVE LOVE LOVE

First off, I LOVE the color. I think it's really cool and modern. I got the charcoal and I'm so happy that it's matte. Finally, something different from the cookware world. I purchased (with my own money) a different Carote cookware set and ended up returning it because I really didn't care for the handles, among other things. They were very uncomfortable. I was grateful to receive this set to test and I'm happy to report it is so much nicer than the other one. The lids are interchangeable for several pans, the silicone storage lids are a nice plus. I love the graphic on the handles and they are very comfortable to use. They lock on easily, remove just as easily and they hold very tightly until you release them. The non stick works really well and they clean up very quickly and with ease. Hopefully the non-stick lasts. I only own wooden and plastic or silicone utensils, so I can't speak to the scratch resistantance. Oh, yes, and they perform very well, too. They seem to heat very evenly, but I'm no expert there. I just know my pancakes are nice and lightly brown all around! The whole set is lightweight, but the metal seems fairly thick. The separator felt pads are also a good thickness and the pans stack nicely and save space. I truly have not experienced even one negative with them, and I can't say that at all for the other set, so I'm super impressed with these. I even like the silicone utenstils, although I still prefer to use my wooden ones. These are a great value as well. That other set I was talking about was only $10 less, had fewer pans and in my review I said they weren't the best value unless they were on sale. Not true with this set, it is very versatile and a really fantastic bundle. Absolutely LOVE this set. I will say I have the solid white set and have had them over a year now and they have done some major upgrades and I can't handle them they are so good. First - Inside of the pots/pans are a beautiful sparkly beige color and they have anti stick inside which is a must on any pots/pants in my opinion. 2nd - Outside of this set is a beautiful matte black, its not an in your face black. The upgrade that I like, my first set of this brand are white, the hot plate on the bottom was silver, and after a wash no matter hand or dishwasher the design creates a black residue that will get all of your hands no matter if its dry or not. These do not have that type of bottom which is a huge bonus for me. 3rd - Handles they have upgrades the grips and attachment piece for the pot/pan and I will say its much better than the first set. Its more of a button vs a sliding piece which on my first set has started to not work as well anymore. 4th - Handle design. I LOVE THE print that is on the handles its beautiful. The handles are very comfortable, easy to grip with your hand and does not need hot even while cooking. 5th - Storage Lids haven't improved much (do not put them in the dishwasher) but they do fit nicely but not snug onto the pots. 6th- Lids on my first set they do not have on the inside a lip to keep water from dripping, but these do which makes more of a suction onto the pan as well. The one thing from my first set to this set is that the smallest lid fits the small pot and these did not it only came with 2 kids which is for the large pan and largest pot. Cooking well done well and the pans get pretty hot. After have 1 set already I would recommend to not put into the dishwasher I would hand wash them, because I noticed mine did get beat up in the dishwasher.
