Love the plummy purple set, interior is a lavender color which is truly non stick and easy cleanup....I was very impressed after looking for a long time. I got the smaller set to try out and will eventually buy the larger set. I didnt even have to season them. Just wash with warm soapy water and started cooking. Love the stackable storage feature, and removable handles. The storage top for leftovers is amazing! Heats quickly and evenly. Havent tried on my induction cooktop, but I will update once that happens.They really put some thought to all the items. A quality set for your kitchen. I can't recommend it enough. Wish individual pieces were offered in larger stock pots and handles.

Because I use a freestanding gas range, my review of this CAROTE Ceramic Cookware is from that viewpoint. . According to the product description, CAROTE cookware is a reinforced die-cast aluminum construction, with an ultra-nonstick ceramic coating which is totally chemical-free. CAROTE states that its coatings are free of harmful chemicals like PFOA, PFAS, lead, and cadmium, and are FDA-compliant and also claims to adhere to international safety standards. The description also states that the CAROTE Ceramic Cookware Set is compatible with gas stovetops. According to my research, yes, Ceramic Induction cookware can be used on gas stoves, with two exceptions. They are - if the base of the pan is on the thin side, or if the underside of the pan has been sprayed with a magnetic or non-stick layer, you should not use it on a gas element. The easiest way to confirm is to see if a magnet sticks to the bottom of the pot. If it does, the pot is magnetic and will work on a gas stove. These pans did indeed pass the magnet test. However, I'm undecided on whether these pots are "on the thin side". The pots are rather lightweight, not heavy at all. I have not had them long enough to really judge their durability and I'll have to update the review if they fall short . Also, according to my research, there are benefits to using Ceramic Induction cookware on a gas stove. Induction cookware made from high-quality materials heats up quickly and evenly. This means food cooked in induction cookware tends to remain hot for longer. The pots have excellent non-stick properties. Induction pans are also corrosion-resistant, meaning they’re more likely to last a long time. The reinforced die-cast aluminum construction should make them resistant to wear and tear, and withstand frequent use without affecting performance. It is very important to avoid high heat, use only wooden or silicone utensils, wash by hand with mild soap, and let it cool before cleaning. Here are a few other observations: The lovely shade of purple is very attractive, but should not be the reason for choosing a pot and pan set. The Stackability option is a nice space-saving feature. There is only one handle to share between 3 pans, and the two lids only fit on the smaller pot. But I knew that when I purchased this set. The handle is part plastic, and instructions recommend removing the handle during cooking to prevent long heat exposure to the plastic portion of the handle. I will pay attention to that suggestion, but so far have not felt the need to remove the handle while cooking. I had no problem with attaching or removing the handle, it worked very smoothly. The set is described as a 9 piece cookware set. However I view it as ( and so does Rufus Ai) as a 9-piece set that includes: Core Cookware (3 pieces): 3-quart saucepan - 9-inch skillet - 10-inch skillet and Accessories (6 pieces): 1 removable handle for all 3 pans / 1 glass lid for the saucepan / 1 silicone lid for the saucepan / and 1 spatula Lastly, I do not review any products based upon their cost. It is up to you to judge if the price of the item has any bearing on whether to purchase it or not. It depends on how much you like and want the item. Regarding this pot and pan set, when I ordered it a couple weeks ago, the purchase price was $109.99. Just a few days later, it dropped, and has remained, at $44.49. That is one big change in price. AT $44.49 it sounds like a really good bargain. I promise to update how these pans hold up with daily use in a suitable time frame. So far, they are easy to use, easy to clean, and seem to be living up to their description.

This is a 9 piece cooking set from Corote. I got it in the color purple and it arrived in a nice compact box. When I opened the box, I was surprised about how everything fit. Nice and compact, because most of these pieces do not have handles attached. There's 2 frying pans and one pot. Only one lid comes in this set for the pot, but the two pans don't have a lid. The pot also has an additional storage lid, for if you want to put that pot in the fridge and cover your food. There is also an included spatula that matches the color of the pots and pans, and there are two felt trivets. I suppose those can be used for when you're storing these pieces and keeps them protected. I really love this color purple! I've never had this color for my cookware before. It's very stylish and elegant. I am also a fan of this interchangeable handle That can be used for all of the pot and pans the mechanism to open and close it's very easy to learn and it's easy to lock the handle into place also to unlock it, it took me like a minute to learn I had no idea that having the handles on each of the pots and pans takes up a lot of space in your cabinets or drawers. So having just the parts without the handle really saves space! I've been having a good time cooking with these new pieces. I like that they are PFA and p PFOS free and the pans are really nice nonstick. ceramic, I feel like this is a great set to start off with. It's a good value and you could start with pretty and well designed essentials Highly recommend this cooking set!
