Let's start with aesthetic.... The colors are gorgeous! Moving on to functionality... These knives are great. Normally, I buy Rada brand knives but wanted something different and the pastel colors drew me in. The biggest test I have for knives is how well they cut a less than firm - soft tomato. I have a specific tomato slicer (knife) but these knives went above and beyond on this test. It sliced through the tomatoes without squishing them. These knives go through everything like butter! Not the fanciest or highest range knives, but much better than the cheap ones I was using. Fit for purpose, attractive and a good selection of tools to make cooking a little easier. I particularly like the paring knife and bread knife. (We eat a lot of fruit & carbs. in my house! 😄)
