Love so many things about this scooter! From the 3 different gears that allows me to change the max speed settings to just the sleek design of the scooter itself, it has so many features that have made me happy with this purchase. I plan on using this scooter for local commutes. It comes with a basket also that I could use for grocery runs. One of my favorite features is the head lamp that it activated by holding the “i” button for 2 seconds. It’s super bright. The brake light on the back is also nice, along with the reflectors around the bike for other drivers and people to see me ride when dark. I’m loving it so far and looking forward to the adventures I’ll have with this scooter! ... show more

Rated three stars because manufacturer impossible to contact. You must go through Amazon only. I had to look long and hard to find their chat address. I am trying to buy another battery. They are this hard, because their listed website does not work.
