The media could not be loaded. I ordered this item on Dec 10 and it was expected to come around Dec 16/17. To my surprise the item shipped to my house within 3 days. The box was securely packaged inside and out. The instructions for assembly were very easy to follow through. It only took roughly 40 minutes to assemble. I’m a pretty heavy set guy and I’m surprised the speed still topped out at nearly 20 miles person. To be honest this is a solid product. This things is super cool, bought to for when we went to Ocean Lakes Campground in Myrtle beach & it was so much fun! Assembly is pretty easy, this thing can move too, definitely fast for what it is with tons of power! The battery life is incredible also.

At first we loved this scooter, it was purchased for my 12 year old. Within a few days the bell fell off the charger was bent the first day and the pedal broke off 😞 waiting for a response from the seller
