Battery wouldn't charge the very first time I tried it. After letting it sit overnight it finally took a charge but the battery indicator on the handle bar remained red. After riding it for 3 miles, I hooked up the charger and everything lost power. Now it won't do anything and the charging light goes right to green, indicating a full charge, yet they're is no power. I am waiting on a reply from the manufacturer. Will update onec I hear back. Right now I would say DO NOT BUY A CAROMA SCOOTER! If they make this right I may change my mind.

Just received the scooter today and put it together. The basket came cracked not happy at all about that since the price of the scooter was pricey at the time of purchase. Everything else seems to be okay, the horn is pretty decent. 3/14/2025.
