So I got this item and it worked out really well I did fall so just be aware you might fall it goes really fast so if you just be very careful also the battery doesn't last so try not to take this to California write it all the way to California or to the next city it won't last it's only plug in so make sure that you have a charging station nearby you do need to charge it for at least 5 hours so just be sure to be careful when writing the scooter I had a lot of fun I'm still writing it it's still in perfect condition after I fell I didn't bruise anything I just hurt my knee but I'll be fine it's fun and enjoy! ... show more

Great for a young kid. Bought this for my 9 y/o and is a great starter electric scooter to learn on. Has decent speed and power for a kid but the only draw back is the battery drains fast. Other than that it's a great scooter.

The item doesn't perform like advertised, it does do well and goes 19 mph however 4-5 miles battery is dead, brake rotor came warped contacted manufacturer they just ignore you or ask you for pictures and when you send them never respond, terrible manufacturer

Everything works amazing on this with two exceptions. The battery life isn't as long as advertised and the app is kinda bad. It gives you the essential functions and they're great being able to lock and track the scooter is amazing, but often it does not connect and so I have to restart the app often multiple times. You can set the speeds for the 3 modes, ECO D S up to 61mph through the app, and even if I set max to 61 it caps out at it's own limit while staying its going 61 so that's not working lol.
