Update: Customer service was very responsive and assured me it was defective and offered a refund or replacement. We have had this chair less than a year and it is worn and discolored. My husband used this at his elevated desk in the office and the arms of the chair started to completely discolor. No amount of washing has gotten it back to normal. ... show more

Loved these chairs! They came within a week and took less than 20 minutes to assemble all three. They're nicely cushioned and I really like the gold detail at the bottom of the legs.
