Already got issue from the moment it is turn on. 7E. Look up what it means stalling fault. It has to do with the motor or electrical wiring. Don't know if it was a use one or new because I know I order a new one and it should not have any issue. Had sent a message to the seller and waiting for a respond. Update: Due to holidays the seller did try his best to respond. Really good at keeping up with customer service and try to help out. We did our best but the scooter just don't want to work. Willing to replace or refund me back but I told him just want a new one. Will update. Update: 1/7/23 Got the scooter a day late was kind of worry what happen but got it. Charge up the scooter for an hour and my kiddo love it. It was suppose to be for his birthday 12/16 but came late before 12/25. Issue with it and customer service did what they can do and got the issues resolved, got a new one to replace the broken one, and finally got to ride it in 1/7. This is a great scooter. We got this for our almost 3 year old and he has picked it up very quickly. The brakes work great and it's very maneuverable. One thing to note, with maneuverability, going too fast isn't a good idea as it becomes unstable. Thankfully, our son realized that and uses the brakes before he wipes out! ... show more

The scooter is great and my son loves the light up wheels. Only issue is I ordered the yellow but was sent the white. I was a Christmas gift so I didn't send it back because I was worried I wouldn't get the replacement in time. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Easy to assemble. Bought them for a 4 year old and a 7 year old. They both love them. Very easy to assemble and adjust. Haven’t tried to fold It down but it’s probably easy. Received this very fast much sooner that I was told

Please do not order the scooter. It was very difficult to get in touch with someone they did not help me fix the scooter and I still have a brand new broken down scooter. It doesn’t work and it never works when I received it.

This is the perfect scooter for our 4 year old. The easy breaking with the back wheel and the mean-to-turn front wheels are great. My daughter loves the fun pink graffiti look. But...the absolute best is the light up wheels.
