Good strong zipties but could have provided more.....we may be a little over zealous with our use but we bought 100 extra and used them all Easy instructions. Plenty of mesh covering. Well constructed frame. Cage is lightweight enough it can be moved around and adjusted as needed as one piece. You will need a couple of extra tools. A drill, a drill bit to place four screw around door, a socket for the drill and to screw in the nail. It made the punch hole task much easier. The door lock is very secure, no big gap. Staking was easy and very secure. It took about 6 hours for two people to assemble. A third person would've been preferred to help assemble the mesh part. It is spacious enough for our chicken coop to fit inside and gife extra room to graze. My chickens love it! ... show more

Definitely a two person job. There’s no way I would’ve been able to assemble this on my own prepared to take a few hours to assemble this with two people but other than that it gets the job done oh and be prepared to buy extra zip ties I like to make sure mine is very secure and there is no way, I’m gonna let gaps in between. Also I recommend putting bricks around the lower perimeter where it meets the ground because a cat can definitely reach its Armin to try to get to your chickens. ... show more

It does work but is a job to put together They send zip ties with it to put it together get hog rings for that The pipes are thin and with the trap covers on it will blow around in the wind The wire doesn't go all the way to the ground Two people can carry it around a yard no issue don't drag it it will come apart on you ... show more

We put the frame together quite quickly but when it came to the fencing, that took us several hours to assemble. The door is hard to open/close. We use it as a chicken run.

So far, so good. As other have said, putting it together is a hassle and time consuming, so one star off for that. Everything else about the coop is great. The mesh is a bit lightweight but if you have large animals going after your chickens and are worried about the mesh, you need to be contracting someone to install a proper fence, which I'd say is in another product category all together. Well I was hesitant on this purchase too. Reviews hadn't been great but I figured for the price it was worth a shot. Let's start with the good things first. Instructions were pretty simple to understand to put this thing together. The entire framed structure took about 20 minutes by myself. All the parts had stickers that correlated with the photos in the instructions. The overall frame is quite sturdy but also easy to move around. The size is perfect, I'm just over 6' and I have to duck through the door but I wasn't expecting a full size door either. The wire mesh is a bit of a pain alone so I would recommend two people for this, but there is more than enough to cover everything as you would expect. Now for the downsides, if you expect tornadoes or hurricanes, this thing will probably get taken with it. But for the price, I wouldn't expect it to hold up against severe weather, and you shouldn't either. It's been through multiple rainstorms already and done just fine for me. The wire mesh is held on with zip ties, again, for the price would you expect heavy duty clamps? Probably not. What I will say was disappointing was that the zip ties were really cheap and difficult to tighten without them loosening on their own. I purchased some higher quality zip ties for a few dollars and that fixed that. Overall this works great for the price. If you expect top quality you should probably expect to pay top dollar. I would definitely purchase this again and have no hesitation recommending this product to others. ... show more

What other people have said about sturdiness is somewhat true, but that’s from the perspective of protecting chickens. From the perspective of protecting your garden from deer, rabbits, and animals, it’s fantastic. I bought the 13’ x 10’ model last year (which had some of the quality issues others mentioned, like lightly bent parts, but easy to fix) and when I decided to expand this year I bought the same, albeit larger, due to price plus convenience of next day Amazon shipping. The 20’ x 10’ I bought this year had zero issues and went together like a breeze. Extremely easy to assemble by myself and barely needed to reference instructions. Night and day difference to a greenhouse I recently assembled which was brutal to do because of its awful instructions. This snaps together as easy as lego. Do yourself a favor though and buy different zip ties. Ev Even the ones from Harbor Freight are stronger and black ones look a lot better imho. Enough so I’m tempted to replace the white ones from last year’s build. Is it perfect? No, hence the 4/5 stars. But is it decent and lasts at least one season so far with no issues outside bumping my head when I forget to duck a bit, yep! ... show more
