Replacing all plastic awning parts with metal ones on my 2008 Jayco 24RKS travel trailer. Was originally concerned about fitment, but unit fit the strut perfectly. The supplied pop rivets of high quality, appeared stainless steel. Don't buy a cheap rivet tool, as the one I used broke immediately. Needs heavy duty compound action tool. Got it to work by widening the union area with a grinder. Trimed the receiving leg to fit as well. The package did not say it fit my model, but the product description did.

    • High Quality Replacement Part
Great replacement for the cheap plastic that was originally on the awning. I got a high leverage riveter from harbor freight for 20 bucks and it went together in about 5 minutes. The hardest part was getting the old rivet out.
