Ok I've had this for 2 weeks and I just HAD to write a review. So I had a different PF trainer that they don't even make anymore and I was so scared of it breaking because I thought it was pretty good compared to what was out there. Anywho, long story short... it broke!!!! Noooooo! (amazon search begins) Reviews on this look pretty good but the price YIKES! I'm thinking there's gotta be cheaper vagina gym out there. (And there was but the reviews sucked so I decided to bite the bullet and invest the extra coins in my downstairs muscles. GREAT DECISION!!!! I am so glad my other one broke. Where has this thing been my whole adult life? Whoever came up with this is genius. I wish I'd thought of it. Some of the Features: - Allows you to set workout goals (number of days per week/time per workout) - Tracks your progress - App was easy to download and connect to device. - Every workout shows you how you did compared to last time you did that workout. - Option to calibrate the device before every workout. - Offers various challenges. - Many many fun games. (in fact they're so fun sometimes I forget I'm even using my lady parts as game controller) - Shows you how much force in grams you are able to deliver. - Has a meter on the screen during each game to show you the quality of your contractions. - You can take a fitness test to see where your strengths and weaknesses are. - Advanced training options (ie moving while playing) - Community and support area - Technique training instructions. - Easy to set up and insert. - 2-year device warranty. - 5 year battery warranty. Some people in the reviews were wondering about the battery, so to be clear, it is not chargeable but it designed to last 5 years. (non chargeable is better for hygiene etc) I have absolutely no problem with this. In fact I'm tempted to buy another one soon because I'm guessing in 5 years time it will probably cost $400 lol If you're second guessing whether to get it because of the price, stop it. Just get it. It really is worth it. I wish my other one had broken sooner. PS my husband says thank you to the designer. He not only gets a tickle when I tell him I'm playing it but he also loves the results!! (wink wink)

This was purchased following radiation treatment for gynecological cancer, so probably different specific needs than many others who purchase this. Yet it is amazing. I wish I knew about this when I needed pelvic rehab following my child's birth a decade ago. I am using this for biofeedback for pelvic PT for re-gaining muscle control (contraction, relaxation, strength, endurance, muscle isolation or contraction quality, conscious control, etc.), per recommendation from my oncological post-treatment women's health rehab center... It really is as good as the reviews suggest. 10 stars. Really. The device has an App that is *actually* quality! It tracks progress, measures and targets multiple dimensions of contraction and muscle relaxation (quality, use of accessory muscles-- or accidental cheating, specific contraction strength, contraction duration, endurance, speed, etc).... It calibrates, has a calendar, offers graphs, education, comparisons with previous trainings (last time, maximums, minimums, and medians), gives reminders, goals, shows improvements, educates.... AND the games really are FUN! I am a nurse myself and used to work as a birth doula. So yes, I have reached out to all my midwife and OB friends to recommend this. Pros: - High quality product. - High quality App (for actual healthcare needs and long term pelvic health) - Safety features - Individual calibration - All the things I mentioned above - FUN (!!) Cons: - Not an issue for me yet, but the battery is not rechargeable/removable. It's supposed to last years. Stay tuned. I don't know the difference between this and the slightly cheaper Perifit. (Investigate what works for you.)

So, I may have ordered this after a particularly reflective gardening session (read: I was high as giraffe knees), but let me tell you something—I REGRET NOTHING. This thing is like Flappy Bird for your hoo-ha. I’m not even joking. You literally play games with your pelvic floor muscles. Want to make a little bird fly through pipes? Squeeze. Want to win? Squeeze better. Suddenly, I’m training like I’m in the Olympics of Kegels. Perifit+ is not just a device—it’s a lifestyle. It told me I wasn’t as strong as I thought down there (rude, but fair), and then it lovingly helped me level up. Now I can sneeze without fear, laugh without crossing my legs, and I’m pretty sure if I tried hard enough, I could crush a soda can with sheer pelvic might. Also, the app tracks everything, so I can see my progress like some kind of perineum-powered superhero. My lady parts have never felt so accomplished. If you’ve ever thought, “Hmm, I’d like to play video games with my vagina,” THIS IS YOUR SIGN. Just get it. Garden first if you want. Either way, you’ll be flying high (literally and figuratively). 10/10 would clench again.

I’ve only used it once but, I feel it will help and make a difference with continued use. It is very easy to install on your phone and the games help a lot. The device was very comfortable and you have to be careful to make sure the sensor is not covered or obstructed during use to ensure the functionality works correctly. This is a great buy. I hope to have great results with continued use.
