I couldn’t be happier with these FitRight Extra+ Heavy Absorbency briefs. They have been incredibly reliable and live up to the “extra heavy absorbency” promise. The absorbency is honestly impressive—babe can get three go’s before a change is required, and they still keep the skin feeling dry thanks to the moisture-wicking material. That alone has made a huge difference in comfort, confidence, and peace of mind, especially overnight. The XL size fits perfectly within the 56–64 inch range without feeling too tight or too loose. The tabs are easy to adjust but will tear off easily so be careful. Leak protection is excellent, and there’s no uncomfortable bulkiness like some other brands. These briefs are comfortable, dependable, and clearly designed with quality in mind. If you need something that truly lasts and protects, I highly recommend them. These are only for bed ridden people that have care givers to change them. For those that are active these are not user friendly at all. I tried twice to use these and failed miserably both times. The material is very poor. They were impossible to fasten then in place. They are impossible for me to use . The fasteners are in the wrong location to be able to secure them in the right place so they don’t fall down. They run much larger than the size chart says. For me, these are horrible. I only tried them because I wanted them to work so much to avoid having to change in public restrooms having to take my pants off to change my underwear when needed. But they are just not worth it. I’ll go back to my regular product. I’m so glad I just bought the small pack and not more. If your like me. Take my advise and just get the smallest amount possible. I hope to try a assisted living home that may can use the ones I have. They will benefit a bed ridden patient. ... show more

The diapers fit great on my forever bedridden dad. Easy to roll under him to get them to the other side of him (like hospital nurses do). Stickies stay right where you place them, never come undone. True to fit.....BUT... we ordered a subscription to come once every 2 weeks, which works out well... BUT...in the box of two, one came in the large we need, one came in 2XXL. I looked at return policy for the 2XXL and they do not take them back, nor refund the purchase, nor replace. So, now I have no choice but to donate this unopened package to a donation place that relies on donations of new medical supplies. Other than this return, refund, replacement issue, we cancelled our subscription and will opt to purchase these as needed for fear of this happening again. But, these are by far the best diapers we have ever bought for dad. ... show more

I tried putting this on my mom and can tell you it was a nightmare, a total workout. It was a size L and the first two attempts flopped. I threw them away. I was able to get the third try on her and secured it the best I could. I've never done this before so don't know how others can do this easily. I think I'm going to buy an XL because I don't want that ripping on me again and BTW she's not fat. Did the manufacturer have to do the sides so scrunched, that makes it hard to fit her hips? smh ... show more
