Giving birth to my 90+% baby (97 percentile head) my pelvic floor obviously got wrecked. Started going to pelvic floor therapy, did e stim there and they highly advised me to get an e stim machine for home, since my ability to contract the muscles down there, were essentially non existent. Its really easy to use. Just make sure you have water based lubricant for the sensor otherwise the “zapping” can feel uneven or little sharp. Size is fine, comfortable enough to place. Easy to just wipe off with a baby wipe or gentle cleanser. What I do love, is that it comes with a little rod you can attach to it, that shows if your muscles are doing the contraction correctly. That was really encouraging for me, since I was not sure if what I was feeling was getting mildly shocked or actually got the contractions.

I’ve been using this consistently and have been really impressed so far! It’s simple to use, comfortable, and the different intensity levels make it easy to find what works best for me. I like that it does the work for you while still targeting the pelvic floor muscles. It feels well made, and the guided programs are straightforward. If you’re looking for extra support with strengthening your pelvic floor, this has been a great addition to my routine.

Update: Went back after Christmas to use and it had almost stopped working. I set on highest setting and you could just barely feel it. I changed the batteries and tried again and it had quit working. Put old batteries back in and wouldn't work at all. With such mixed reviews but overall positive I stepped out on a limb and bought. After hitting menopause my bladder has weakened and wanted to improve my muscles. I started right before Christmas and I was very surprised. It worked great! so good that when I first started on 30 minutes I was very sore the next days before I realized that if you have poor pelvic floor muscles like me I should start on 15 minutes and work up to 30 minutes. I used the 02 setting. I stopped over Christmas because too busy but going to get back on target. It did show where my pelvic floor muscles were which helped with Kegals while not using the machine. Very surprised and pleased.

I’m 29 with 3 kids. I didn’t have them back to back however after my second one the incontinence issue began (if time frames make a difference) It’s one of those things you think because you’re pretty you’re invincible… no…. Lol. This was and is really happening to me. I got tested and the diagnosis was weak pelvic floor muscles. My OBGYN and I discussed my options.. therapy or a surgery that can potentially complicate my health because they insert a hammock like mesh inside of you and the chances of your body rejecting it are high. I also told him therapy was not an option for me.. I don’t have time. I’m never gonna go & my cousin who works at my Obgyn told me the therapies don’t even take place there and my insurance prob wouldn’t cover them. He said no worries, gave me a little office card and wrote “Kegal weights” and told me to order them on Amazon… I was prepared to buy them but then I saw this. I immediately knew this was gonna be it for me bc I wasn’t going to lay there contracting on my own. I know myself and I would of prob stopped week 2. IM SO GLAD I splurged on myself, on my health and my confidence!!! After ONE use I literally felt a difference and I was excited and encouraged to try it again the next day.. I read reviews and honestly idk how someone can have it on the highest level and not feel anything… like, this thing is intense and this is coming from someone who their Obgyn told them that their pelvic floor retired.. I read the manual and I’m using it as it says on program 2 and level 15… I know it made a difference from yesterday to today because I started at 20 and today it’s too intense so I have to use it on 15-18 I change it. I want it to work faster so I put it on 20 but it was kind of painful so I was like chill! It’s obviously working fast don’t go crazy. I do it 2 times a day 30 min. I just lay and scroll on IG and text my mom or friends, the time flies and it’s done before I know it.. I realized it’s done bc it stop contracting obviously and then I look at the machine and the time says 0. At first it’s tricky you gotta read the manual for a while my husband read it for me he’s better with techy stuff. I say do it. Take your time, learn it and invest the time and money into your confidence. This is life changing for me and that’s why I came to write this review. You don’t have to live this way. It’s also super simple to clean and discreet. I clean the little part under water towel dry it. Put it in the little suitcase it came with and stick it in my closet. I also have a towel just for my sessions which I place under me on my bed just in case cause you do have to use a little tiny bit of lube on the tip of it so it can insert smoothly

After having two kids naturally , I had a prolapsed uterus. I couldn't sneeze, work out or even go about my day without peeing myself. I was sick of wearing panty liners. I tried MONTHS of physical therapy (yes that is a thing) and was contemplating surgery) After 2 days of using this little device, I had no more leakage! After 4 days, I noticed the prolapse was repairing itself! This is one of the best products I have ever come across. It's a game changer and worth every penny. TIP...... I think when people are commenting that the controller doesn't work, you need to press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn it on....also, for the ones saying that "only one side worked" I tested with fingertips and one side doesn't work without the other. It is a similar concept to a dogs shock collar (2 prongs) you don't get the zap or power without both metal pieces touching flesh. I hope this helps future purchasers because this product is amazing! I am so excited to not pee myself. I look forward to living my life, not having to change my diaper (panty liner) 😆

I ordered this on Sept 17th but didn’t start using it until the beginning of October. It was easy to figure out and started out well. I started seeing results within two weeks. I was really excited. When I started getting into the higher, more intense strength settings it began to be harder to place appropriately. It hurts if you don’t place it properly. It was still working though and I was seeing results. I recently went to use it though and it hurt intensely. I pulled it out and repositioned it, but had the same result. I looked it over and noticed rust along one of the conduction plates. I don’t clean it by putting it under water so I’m not sure why it’s rusty now. TL;DR: it worked great for awhile and then got rusty.

If you need to firm your pelvic floor then this is the product for you. It does just that. We wish we had found this product years ago. Then my current condition would not have been as bad. This is a good product.
