  • Looking forward to seeing even more results with continued use!
I’ve been using this consistently and have been really impressed so far! It’s simple to use, comfortable, and the different intensity levels make it easy to find what works best for me. I like that it does the work for you while still targeting the pelvic floor muscles. It feels well made, and the guided programs are straightforward. If you’re looking for extra support with strengthening your pelvic floor, this has been a great addition to my routine. ... show more

  • The science is in!
I just received this today, but the science on these products is very good. They really help to strengthen the pelvic floor and aid with incontinence. Build quality is overall good and it works well!

  • Works
For some reason I feel skeptical about some of these reviews, so I really wanted to add my 2 cents. I am a real, random person who bought this lol. I have been using this for 1 week 2x a day. I started on program 2 level 15 as recommended, and have very gradually moved up to 30. I will continue to try to slowly work my way up. I am kind of confused about the other programs but program 2 seems to hold a basic kegel. About half the time I will try to flex with the machine when it stimulates the contraction. I have no idea what I'm doing lol but in my mind this seems like a good idea. Last week I couldn't orgasm easily at all, this week I am orgasming much more readily and it feels better. I will update again as I continue to use this product. It's a shame that pelvic floor dysfunction treatment is so inaccessible for so many women, it seems like this device might actually work and if so I really want others to be aware of it. For now I'm cautiously hopeful. Will update again in a few weeks. Edit: I'm back, it's been about 5 weeks of consistent use. I am only now at setting 40, so not much increase since my last review as I have been very slow about working up in intensity. Given that these are very delicate and important areas, I am trying to make sure I REALLY listen to my body. That means making sure I take 1-2 days off a week, and toning it down if it feels "zappy." This seems like common sense but in our enthusiasm to fix things i could imagine not doing this, but it seems very important. Ultimately probably this kind of device should be used with some kind of medical supervision, so I'm just trying to be cautious. I make sure i fully empty my bladder beforehand. Another thing i do per another review is flip what side is facing up between each use. I think both sides of mine are delivering equal shocks, but in the event that they arent and i cant tell this is at least "evening" it out. One interesting effect I have noticed: for the last few years I noticed some leaking with "regular" sized tampons. I wasn't sure what was going on. Last month I had my period and experienced no leakage, which I take to be a result of this product. Will continue to update. ... show more

  • Better than cordless products
I bought it for my mother; it’s the third product that she uses for incontinence. She said the size is good and easy to use since it has a cord. She has a cordless one, but she cannot control the intensity without removing the device. She also says that the size is more comfortable than the cordless. She is really happy with the product. ... show more

  • This is a good product.
If you need to firm your pelvic floor then this is the product for you. It does just that. We wish we had found this product years ago. Then my current condition would not have been as bad. This is a good product.

  • Works but it can be difficult to use
I ordered this on Sept 17th but didn’t start using it until the beginning of October. It was easy to figure out and started out well. I started seeing results within two weeks. I was really excited. When I started getting into the higher, more intense strength settings it began to be harder to place appropriately. It hurts if you don’t place it properly. It was still working though and I was seeing results. I recently went to use it though and it hurt intensely. I pulled it out and repositioned it, but had the same result. I looked it over and noticed rust along one of the conduction plates. I don’t clean it by putting it under water so I’m not sure why it’s rusty now. TL;DR: it worked great for awhile and then got rusty. ... show more

  • So so easy to use
Giving birth to my 90+% baby (97 percentile head) my pelvic floor obviously got wrecked. Started going to pelvic floor therapy, did e stim there and they highly advised me to get an e stim machine for home, since my ability to contract the muscles down there, were essentially non existent. Its really easy to use. Just make sure you have water based lubricant for the sensor otherwise the “zapping” can feel uneven or little sharp. Size is fine, comfortable enough to place. Easy to just wipe off with a baby wipe or gentle cleanser. What I do love, is that it comes with a little rod you can attach to it, that shows if your muscles are doing the contraction correctly. That was really encouraging for me, since I was not sure if what I was feeling was getting mildly shocked or actually got the contractions. ... show more
