The media could not be loaded. You will need a charging block for the lights. It does not come with one. The instructions can seem confusing to some... but if you read it over and over again it will click, and you will begin to understand what its saying. I forgot to put the iron cover on so I did have to unscrew the extension pole c to slip it on. I mistook it for an extension but it's a sleeve that you screw into the top base. I have popcorn ceiling and haven't had an issue with it yet. I would just highly suggest tightening the top inner poll as tight as you can.. maybe get a mans grip to tighten it with the little bar tool they provide. It does spin I just have the bottom screws tightened in static mode. ... show more
