These are great. I have a straight figure. I'm 5'7" and weigh around 145 lbs. Waist is 33-34 inches and hips are around 40 inches and I wear a Medium in this brand. I have tried Always (hate the smell), Depend, Amazon, Tena, and a few non-big names. With my measurements, sizing is difficult as I fall on the top of the S/M sizing and the bottom of L sizing. Either too small or too big, but like Goldilocks, the Medium are just right. They are light lavender and soft, but durable. One of the big plusses is that they have a good amount of gathering around the legs and buttocks area for a snugger fit. Most of the other brands fit similar to a thong, with a higher cut leg and little gathering, which causes sagging between the legs and riding up. They fit like regular panties! Good coverage up the front and back for leaking, or an accident. They're thinner and less bulky than the others, so they aren't apparent under clothes. No "Bulky Butt". I have never tried the tear-off side feature, in fact, I don't see any detailed tear off area. That is well hidden. I mainly use them during the day, when I'm out and about, but I have also worn them at night with no leakage. This underwear (diaper) look and feel good while wearing, as they are slightly more fitting than the others. No smell and even leakage coverage area, so no sagging between the legs. Lightweight, so pretty much no-show under clothes. I'm very happy that I found these and I hope this detailed review will help you decide whether they're right for you too! ... show more

I did not get one pack of 72 pull-ups, it was 4 packs of 18, which is the same amount. These adult pull ups are similar to the Amazon brand, which we love, but these worked out cheaper per pull-up at $0.54 per pull up. The Amazon Basics large size are sold as a 3 pack equaling 54 pull-ups at $0.61 per pull-up on subscribe and save. The Prevail brand is slightly more lavender in color, not that it matters. The waist band area appears more stretchy though it’s insignificant. They seem very absorbent and I did not notice any odor from my mother. She uses these for extra security but occasionally they get wet if she dozes off in her recliner or can’t get to the bathroom quickly. I am thrilled with the price and quantity received. My mom wears a large in the other brands and these fit almost identical if not just a hair higher and wider in the waist. I don’t find that they ripped easily when pulling up. You need to buy big enough so you do not rip them pulling them up. My mom is 4’10”, 150 lbs and wears a large. I highly recommend as these are expensive, so to get them $0.07 an item cheaper will add up over time! I find that Prevail is a far better brand compared to the other popular brands. Prevail is the reason I switched because of the quality and leak proof, I didn’t experience any shin irritation at all. I highly recommend Prevail.

I don’t feel there is a need to size up, they stretch to get on and the waistband fits well without being too tight. High rise which I liked. Not too bulky but plenty of protection. I recently took a fall that sent me to the hospital and rehab. At rehab they gave me this underwear as a precaution against "accidents." I am very happy with this underwear. The fit is good, they are very stretchy, and they do the job without being too bulky. I would definitely buy them again.
