I bought these to try for a long road trip. Normally, I wear Abena M4s or Northshore Supremes diapers during the day and Northshore Mega Max diapers at night for total bladder incontinence and occasional bowel accidents. I wanted a diaper with more padding between the legs and in the rear for better urine absorption and possible bowel containment when driving for long periods. I wanted to be able to drive 12 hours without needing a diaper change, rest stops aren't very private and fast food and gas station bathrooms aren't always clean or open. I was concerned about sizing when I bought these since I've never worn them before and adult diaper fit is so variable. I bought the mediums and they fit great, about the same as medium Abena M4s, larger than Northsore Supreme medium and smaller than Mega Max mediums (They run big). The plastic is soft and a bit crinkly when walking, but I don't think anyone else can hear the sound. The lining is very soft, these are the softest diapers I have ever worn. The leg gathers, very tall leakguards and elastic waistbands keep everything safely contained inside the diaper. The padding is extra wide between the legs and thicker towards the back. When taped on, the padding folds rather than bunches and creates a deep pocket in the seat to contain even large bowel movements. I needed to use them for this purpose on one occasion and they had no problems keeping everything inside. The tapes are strong and easy to untape when it's time for a change. I can say from firsthand experience that they will last a full 12 hours with ease, even though I was constantly drinking Super Big Gulps. They do sag between the legs when very full, but were still comfortable to walk in and did not chafe or irritate my skin. The odor control was excellent considering I used them for 12 hours, there was only a urine smell the last hour I wore them. When I removed it, the surface of the diaper and my skin were both completely dry, no leaks at all. As an aside, I did buy larger elastic waist jeans to wear with these, they would not have fit under my regular jeans once full. Honestly, these were the most comfortable and best performing diapers I've ever used, and Ive used alot. If they weren't $4.50 each, I'd use them more often. For now, I will always have a pack on hand to wear for long road trips or plane flights. I highly recommend them! Update: I just tried size small and they fit me like a glove! So soft inside and so absorbent. A very comfortable diaper! The new colors are great, so far Ive tried green and purple. I'm going to try blue next. If you need the most absorbent, most plush and comfy adult diaper around, give these a try. ... show more

I've been searching for the perfect diaper for 15 years now! I've tried them all.. and I do mean all. There's nothing like a Trest diaper. The fit, comfort and absorbency is incredible. I was always afraid of leaks at night and ruining my bed. My wife and I are thrilled that I can finally sleep at night with confidence that I won't wake up wet or get anything on the bed. The capacity is amazing and I only need two diapers a day now. I can't speak highly enough about the diaper. I typically always wear the white diapers because they don't hide any of the diaper contents. I can easily tell when I need a diaper change. These diapers are thick and comfortable and relatively quiet considering how thick they are. You can hear a slight diaper crinkle. I've never had anyone notice the diaper or say anything. This diaper is surprisingly huge even for a size small that I got. The padding is like almost a foot wide for context. Im happy to say that it feels very soft and luxurious on the inside, and that it comes in four different pastel colors aside from just plain white. My only nit pick is how expensive they are. But no doubt these are top of the line quality diapers made to absord a whole lot of liquid (and frankly way more absorbency than I need lol) ... show more

This is a very high quality diaper! The entire piece is very soft and yet sturdy. The tapes are very strong and the diaper is very absorbent. I wear with plastic pants on top for added protection, but I have actually never leaked. If you wear tights and/or a onesie over the diaper, it is very unnoticeable under normal clothes. So, I bought these diapers as a unicorn purchase. Thinking 9000ml absorbency sounds amazing if it is actually true. As others have said the fit and feel of the diaper is outstanding…very thick and comfy, and next to no press out.. Also the tabs are super strong. If a Northshore Mega max and a Betterdry were to have a baby the Trest diaper would be the result. Absorbency is pretty good, I weighed one after I got it to max capacity and begun to have some leakage…it came in around 8 pounds; about a gallon. Which is a lot. When using Better dry diapers, which are my normal go to diapers, they hold about 5 pounds comfortably. The issue I have with the Trest diapers is that they really absorb urine and swell. As a guy, that is all in the front. These don’t wick the urine very well so the front of the diaper swells and almost blocks off the bottom (between legs) and back of the diaper from doing it’s job…so then as I urinate in a swollen diaper again the pee has nowhere to go and starts to leak out the front. If the diaper wicked better to distribute the urine it would be much more comfortable and could hold more. So in conclusion, it is high absorbency but getting to use all of the available capacity before it leaks is unlikely. I would not change to the Trest as my go to daily diaper…especially given the high price. I would consider this as more of a novelty diaper that I might use every once in a while. However there are other high capacity diapers that can be used for this at a better price…enter barnyards, Camelot’s, etc. thanks for reading. ... show more
