Find these very good and am basically happy with the quality. I bought them for my 98 year old mother and find them doing a remarkable job. I generally order the large ultra but notice you can not find the diaper/culotte style in the next two highest absorbency that are indicated on package. The ones they offer in the next two absorbency levels are not diapers but more slip on briefs. To bad. Maybe Amazon just does not offer them because they are not so much in demand. I wear size 12 pants. These barely fit. I have to lie down and pull the thing all the way up to my waist to get the tabs to attach but they pull off as soon as I move. I've obviously already worn one so I can't return them, so I'm using duct tape to keep these on and rethinking my working wardrobe as the crotch is easily a foot across, bunching awkwardly and showing through most of my clothes. It's bad enough to need diapers in certain situations, those are insult to injury ... show more

Lots of problems 😣 main problem, brief fell apart from urine, the gel or whatever is used in brief was everywhere, including on my husband's skin. Also, several briefs just tore apart when pulling the tape free from the brief. Returning all, minus the few briefs used.
