Works great with very little flow resistance. Have hydrogen peroxide oxidizing the iron and other elements before they get filtered and everything works wonderfully from a 1hp deep well jetpump. I installed this 6 months after installing the softener, inline before a 2.0cu softener and the softener resin will last longer now , the water is pure now, the city water is awful here,no more chlorine smell and taste

    • American Water Solutions is amazing!
Just installed the unit, it was not too difficult. American Water Solutions shipped it with coconut shell activated charcoal media preloaded. The directions were easy to follow. I did have a leak because one of the o-rings slipped where the bypass valve meets the control head. I replaced the O-ring and added extra silicone grease, now I have no leaks. (So, be sure to use lots of silicone grease when installing the bypass valve.) American Water Solutions was great at answering my questions and even offered to go above and beyond by sending me a replacement O-Ring and silicone grease. Thank you! ... show more

I have had it for 3 years now. It eliminated the odor I had in my water. I’m so happy with it. The original came with it was bad head timer. But the company shipped a new one out right away. From that time to now it has worked great. I would recommend it to anyone.

I cannot take a picture of the product but it is in the well and it works great we had horrible sulfur smell and it is gone. I do not like the price of the activated carbon that we have to purchase once this has expired. We still have yet to find out when or how long it lasts but it has been 3 months so far and no sulfur ... show more

This unit did the trick! We have really rough well water, and had already installed a Katalox Iron/Sulfur filter on the water before it hit the house, but there was still a little of both getting through. Once this system was installed after the other filter it cleaned up all the mess that was left. Great product at a great price. ... show more
