I bought this during Prime Days and was seriously on the fence about spending that much on a pan. I’m so glad I did. This is now my go to pan for pretty much everything I can possibly cook in it. It heats evenly and quickly. It is truly non-stick, but still sears meat and seafood really well. I love not having to use much oil. The absolute best part is that cleanup is always a breeze. Even when I thought it was going to be awful (melted cheese, caramel left in pan overnight, etc), it literally washed right out with no scrubbing needed. Oh my, I really like this pan. I may have cooked with it everyday since it was delivered. The key is relearning to cook at lower temps. Browns food nicely, evenly and one of the BEST non-stick pans I've ever cooked with. I like it so much - I may just buy the whole set, including bakeware. I can only imagine how well my baked foods would turn out! The pan is large enough I can cook a whole meal for 4 in it. It's so much lighter than cast iron and doesn't leave the nasty taste in your food that cast iron releases. My only regret? Not trying this pan sooner!!
