Love these pans and bake ware. We purchased a full set several years ago and have enjoyed the cooking with less oils or butter, easy clean up and great looks. Read the instructions for use as there are a few tricks and no need to use high heat as the pans heat evenly and hold heat well.

These pans are fantastic! Easy to clean and cook very evenly. You need to use very little oil or butter and nothing sticks! This is my second pan and have 1 more on the way. Definitely worth the money. Thank you Caraway!

This is my third Caraway pan and I LOVE them! They are heavy duty, with unbelievable nonstick, but the best thing is they are not toxic! They work great on my induction stovetop and I can cook at lower temps and get great results! Love this pan!

I've just received my Caraway pan and I love it already. First of all, it's beautiful and easy to handle. It came well packaged and with no scratches or other flaws. I like the bottom of the pan. Some ceramic pans actually have ceramic on the bottom of the pan which is horrible with gas burners. Caraway has a great stainless steel bottom that works great.

After several weeks use am happy. Using no more than med to brief med high heat pan has not warped. Tsp of oil maintains nonstick even for stir fry. Wipes clean with soft sponge. Only cons: quite heavy so hard to lift to tilt food into bowl. Lid also heavy solid metal and must lift frequently to check food.

This is that one pan that I keep on my stove at all times and use for everything. I remember back in the day when I used to watch those infomercials for nonstick pans and watching them flip a fried egg with no oil and thinking, "that's not real." While I still don't recommend frying an egg without some oil, this is the closest actual "non-stick" pan I've ever had. Casual messes can be cleaned super easily with the a quick paper towel wipe. More intense dishes always come clean with easy with a little rinse in the sink. I typically can't be bothered to take out a pot and this pan is deep and large enough for meaty sauces. I never thought I'd spend this kind of money on a single pan but it's worth the investment to have a high quality (and cute color) "everything" pan.
