I bought this in preparation to add a shelf to the back of my JL. The velcro straps allow for quick installation and removal. The bottom strap was a little bit of an issue as there was no place to really fasten it. I used a couple of zip ties to attach to the seat bracket. Maybe it's just the Hawaiian sun, but my cargo net lasted maybe 6 months before it looked really faded and gross. Bought another brand, lets see if it holds up to the brutality of the tropics.

    • Fades, quickly!
After 3 months, I noticed it started to fade quite a bit. 6 months in, and it’s starting to get closer to pink in color than red. The worst thing it’s on a vehicle parked in our pole barn and cones outside for a few hours every other week. It’s held up structurally, but looks horrible now. Update: After 1 year, the mesh fabric has totally disintegrated. The vehicle it was on is parked in an open sided barn and only exposed to some sunlight in the mornings and afternoons. And we use the vehicle once every 2 weeks for 2 to 3 hours. That fabric was not designed for outdoor use. Very disappointed ☹️ ... show more

    • Works well but short life
Good quality but gave it a 3 star rating because of the velcro attachment. It would be much better if they had designed the velcro, so you could cinch it down tight instead of just 2 velcro straps. Had to change my review to a one star because the webbing broke just a few weeks after it was installed. Good idea just need to upgrade the quality of the webbing. Buy another brand... ... show more

Looks great, does what it is supposed to do, for about 4 months. Exposed to the sun for one topless season it started to disintegrate, could tear it up like toilet paper. It's good for a short term solution but not much more than that.
