All in all radio works great, wireless Apple CarPlay is a plus. I will say I have a couple complaints tho. When you install the radio and put your trim pieces back on they will not line up and or snap back in place. And another complaint I have is the climate control doesn’t work at all. I felt the need to share my experience with this product to help others who might consider buying it. Please consider reading this review before your purchase! Let’s start with the positive side. The touchscreen options are pretty nice and it’s easy to move between different screens. It also looks like it’s a natural part of my Acura car once it’s installed, which is cool! However, there are some major downsides, that I need to mention. Firstly, it didn’t come with any installation instructions, which is mentioned in other reviews. That made it pretty tough to figure out how to set it up and install correctly. Also, it’s super frustrating that I can’t switch it from Celsius to Fahrenheit for your car’s temperature - that’s a basic feature that really should function correctly. But the worst part is that it’s not compatible with modern technology. I recently tried to add 4G or 5G Wi-Fi through my phone company, only to find out that it’s only 3G compatible. That’s not what is advertised! 3G is pretty much obsolete, and it means that I can’t use it to its full potential. Sure, I can use my phones hotspot, but it’s really complicated to find the right menu to use to do this on a daily basis (and depending on your phone company, that could be very expensive). It really. Honestly, given how much this product cost, I’m really disappointed that it’s not fully functional. My spouse emotions, worked hard to earn the money we spent on it, and it’s frustrating that we can’t use it to its full potential.
