    • Keys and Fobs worked as expected on my GMC.
These were used for my GMC. The keys were cut be a local hardware store. I programmed these using the procedure in the owner's manual. All of the functions worked as expected. If needed I would buy them again.

I was pretty skeptical about these things working good or even hooking up to my truck but they immediately paired and have been working great ever since even the remote start works and I also got two blanks with the two remotes for $28. I remember 10 years ago used the cost $200 to get two remotes for the same truck. The same quality as these very easy to install. ... show more

    • Key Made?
Keys look great but I cannot find anyone to cut them. They will not guarantee another key other than their own. This is a much cheaper option but hardwares will not cut them. I will keep trying as I travel.

Retired Locksmith here: These looked like the original and installed on the first try. Lock, unlock, remote start, all functioned as they should. I checked with my old Outfit and they compared to wholesale price. They look great not cheap. I went to "Program Your Remote" (.com) to be sure before I purchased them to be sure I could self-install. Super easy with both keys and remotes. Always check with your before you purchase. If you need to go to a service to have the remote or key programmed, they may charge more if you bring your own parts and there is no assurance that the programming will work when you bring in your own parts.     • One of the fobs came DOA
i was able to successfully program one of the fobs really easily onto the car. Anyone with 5 minutes could do it on their own. However, the second fob did not want to register with the car at all. I tried changing out the battery twice and even tried the battery that worked with the one that did program but nothing. The one that works does work really well. The buttons aren't as clicky as the OEM ones. They feel a bit more mushy but they do the job. They also have pretty reasonable range. I can be about 30 feet away and I will hear the locking honk from the car. Just a shame that the quality control is not there. ... show more
