I got these when my wife let me use her brand-new car for a road trip with my two grown sons, part of a promise to bring it back as much like new as possible. Pros: These were a no-brainer to order and to install, with clear instructions. They arrived on time, and fit a 22 Outback like a glove, with a few minor exceptions (see below). They're a comfortable, breathable, simulation of leather. They've held up well to a marathon 10-day 4500-mile camping/road trip. The few spills (mayo, ketchup) we dropped on them cleaned up completely with a damp sponge. So far the upholstery underneath looks factory fresh. So they're doing their job, and most of the time I don't even notice they're there. They have a few nice touches (little pockets on the front flap of the seat cover, for whatever people put in little pockets in their car (phone? loose change? random charging cables?). Cons: Two minor complaints. On installation, you're supposed to hook the bottom edge of the front of the seat cover to some part of the underside of the seat, but on my car there's a heavy shroud around the base of the seat, behind which I assume lie the mechanics of the 23-way seat adjuster: unless I want to blindly reach in there and attach a foreign object there's basically nothing to hook onto. This hasn't been a problem so far, because there's nothing pulling the seat up in that direction, so I'm just letting that hook dangle until somebody tells me what to do with it. The other complaint is that the outboard edge of each seat (driver's side & passenger's) tends to get pulled up and creased, I assume by friction as people get into the car. Curiously, getting out of the car doesn't smooth it back down. There's no obvious way to keep this from happening, so I have to manually unfold, smooth, and tug that side of the seat-cover back down every time I get into the car. Unknowns: Durability is still an open question, as I've only had them in place a couple of weeks (two pretty strenuous weeks, but still). I've only used them in warm weather, so I don't know what's going to happen when I use the seat warmers. Summary: Worth the price. I recommend them if you want to keep your car's upholstery clean. And my wife is a saint, by the way.

I finally found a back seat cover for my 2024 HRV sport. I bought and returned several covers because they don't fit right or hard to install. This one fits the back seats perfectly. I think it can fit any SUV because it is adjustable. The material used for these seat covers are durable and good quality material. It's also easy to wipe down when there's spill or oil marks from food. I definitely recommend these back seat covers. It is also not very expensive and definitely worth the price I paid for them.

Originally had Motor Trend Gray Faux Leather 2-Pack Car Seat Cover for Front Seats (asin B087799LBP), which were just for the bottoms. Thought this would be an upgrade, but it's kind of more of a side grade. These are made of the same cheap leatherette that'll break, rip, tear, etc. of normal use in a few weeks/months. The pair I got had some stitching errors too, so both seats aren't even at all. Tempted to exchange, but honestly, we're going to be sitting in them, so they're only really noticeable if your outside in front of the car looking inside through the windshield. The head rests are also connected as it's just one long, single piece. They do not come off, unless you cut them. Would've been nice if they could've been detachable. My biggest complaint is that these seat covers aren't glossy/smooth. With my previous cheaper Motor Trend seat bottom covers, those were glossy & I could easily slide in & out of the seats when getting in or out of my car. With this, it's more like a matte finish, so I takes more effort to get in & out of my car as sometimes it tries to stick to you. Maybe it'll take a few more weeks for it to break in, so I don't always have to readjust them. Overall, they look nice, feel okay, will help protect my seats from liquid/spills, but durability wise, I'll probably have to buy a new set in a year. Got them on sale for $39 +tax. For the quality, I wouldn't pay MSRP for it. Also fully inspect yours as it comes in a thin cardboard box. There's no plastic covering the seats inside the box either, so they're exposed to being smashed by other heavier stuff during shipping.
