Update—- The charging is fine. It did not look like charged because on the website the capacity circle is green what o got is white. . Also when using any buttons on the thing, need to hold the button for more than 2 seconds. It is a trick you ought to know. Including turn on, select mode, and lights. The first time charging is fine. After 40 hours, got full charge and jumped one time. After that the charger cannot be charged again. No matter how long I put it on use-c 20amp to charge, it would not charge a bit. Nowhere to contact the suppprt other than an email on the product itself. A self support page recommended a reset. Cannot find any reset button.

I would definitely NOT recommend. I purchased this car battery starter in January 2024. Fully charged it and did periodic checks for charge status since I didn’t use it. In preparation for the recent winter storm in Houston, I charged it. To test it, I attempted to charge my iPhone. My iPhone gave a message that the charger didn’t have enough battery power to charge it. So I attempted to charge the car charger again. Unfortunately, during the winter storm, my SUV’s battery died. So, I attempted to charge it with this car battery charger. It had enough power for my radio to come on for a few seconds and unfortunately appeared to cause my SUV’s electrical system to malfunction. For those few seconds connected to the device, my gauge panel went haywire.
