The media could not be loaded. This little unit is impressive - It includes charging cable (which uses USB-C to charge - very popular and inexpensive), sturdy set of battery connection cables / clamps, and user manual. USB charging ports (for Laptops, Tablets, Phones, or whatever you may need to charge in the absence of another source of power) has a Flashing emergency light, A Work Light. The thing works like a champ. You can throw it in the seat and take it with you - I know when I jump start a car I'm always worried it will cut off, and without anyone with me, I won't have a way to get it re-started. - With this unit - it's in the seat beside you - so yeah, go ahead and cut off at the store or gas pump - doesn't matter - I'm prepared and ready. Great for independent persons, hunters (in the woods alone) -- travel, kids, (you can't hook it up backwards - well, you can... and it's small - I'd guess it weighs less than a half gallon of milk, and it about the size of a large Cell phone. That's It ! Great little unit - Extremely pleased ! So I somehow left my interior dome lights on and when I went to start the car it start right off. I highly recommend this charger as it's easy to use and, most importantly, the company stands behind it 100 %. I'm attempting to drive more and hopefully it will be a long time before I have to use it, but just knowing it's in the car is peace of mind from being stranded. what a terrific idea to have in Your trunk. The first time I needed to use it, it was very easy to use ( I did have some one else with me to start the ignition when I told them to) but it immediately worked the first time it was needed. I have used it again without recharging and had the exact same result. Now buying another one for second vehicle. The LED flashlight/strobe light/SOS light works really well too and the fact that you can charge devices on this as well is a bonus that I may have to use during hurricane season if we lose power. The price is great too and it's super light, compact and portable. I highly recommend this product! This is an amazing little jumper and perfect size! I remember the old jump pack. They weighed a ton, were hard to carry and maneuver, and charging was a pain. I have owned a few of these through the years. I test each one and then give the old one to a family member. Why? Because it is the best gift you can give. This thing will save you, your friend, your family from sitting in a cold dark parking lot, waiting for road side assistance. They are easy to use, fit in your center console, they can charge your phone, tablet, and jump your car several times in one charge. This device is as important as any other roadside emergency kit. This particular device, does its job and does it well. Providing a flashlight, emergency light, and a power pack. The manufacturer is very reliable and the device works well. I jumpstarted my mower, my friends mower, and my car with it. All in one charge. The most important part is, the price point. Many of the name brands run $80 to $100 dollars, this one is much more affordable. A name brand is just a name, the fact is, this is a simple device to make, it is a batter, charge ports and some cables. So the price does not equate to quality. In fact this device has one thing really going strong for it, simplicity. No fancy gages that can break, or LED displays that raise cost but do not provide value. I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Initially, I was skeptical about its capabilities given its compact size, but it proved me wrong the moment I put it to the test. Having no knowledge of cars or having a battery die on me, ever to be frank, I was amazed at how effortlessly it jump-started my car, even in cold weather conditions and I didn’t get injured as I followed instructions.     • Worked Fine, then Negative Clip Broke Update

I used this for over a year. No problems, jumped many a car. Today, I tried to use it and the negative clip came apart. I put it back to together, matching how the Positive clip looked, and when I went to put in on the terminal, one side broke. Not sure what I can do to replace it. I can duct tape it to the terminal, which I did this time. Seems like an easy replace. But be careful. Update: As of 01-10-24, I have no response from the company. I have sent a contact message on the company's website. I downgraded my rating from a 5 to a 3. Will change to 4 if a response and resolution is received. Update: I downloaded the manual. There was an email address: support@ibuture.com. I sent a second message via their Contact link, then emailed the support email. In less than an hour, I was informed they were sending me the new Cable. Upgraded to a 4 and will upgrade back to 5 stars when I receive the cable. ... show more

I have used this device since 2021 for over 50 jumps between myself and helping others. In fact last night we had it cause our new battery is being finiky [I may have a dying alternator] and we helped someone jump their car twice. It's compact and sturdy, easy to use and great for lights or recharging usb devices. It's taken a bit of punishment over the past two years and Im about to get another one because my husband finally broke the smart cables by accidently slamming the car door on them.
