Update 12/23/2023: I posted a 2 star review, see below. I was contacted by the seller a few days later, and within a few weeks, I found a package on my doorstep with a brand new unit. That was completely unexpected. Since I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son last year, the timing was perfect, he's now getting a new one for this Christmas lol. Now that's customer service! Thank you guys! Original Review: I used this to jump start a car (Subaru Outback) once after leaving the dome light on. Worked great. Flash forward a few months and recently tried to jump start an Yard Machines riding mower. It simply doesn't work. Unit is fully charged, indicator light on the jumper unit is green after connecting to the terminals, but it simply isn't sending any juice to the battery. I plugged the mower into a 1amp charger for a few hours and it started. Apparently the unit failed. Purchased for my sons car last Christmas, so I'm way beyond the return window, I'm left with a glorified flashlight (that still works) and a USB battery pack. Unfortunately, I primarily need a jump starter, and that part is kaput.

I purchased this jumpstarted partially because I've always wanted one, but mostly because I tend to have issues with my Polaris Ranger and Kubota lawn mower batteries every Spring. It gets cold here and I let them sit longer than a should. I thought I'd get this to keep in my garage most of the time, but to also toss in the car for road trips. My car is reliable, but you never know... I was happy with the sturdy build and the hard-shell case. I was very happy when my wife let me know that the mower wouldn't start (she likes to help sometimes) and I had the perfect solution. I wondered if it would take a while, but all I had to do was connect the leads and crank the mower. It started immediately and it's battery was almost completely dead from my wife trying it over and over. Could not be easier! I am very happy with it and I'll buy another when my daughter moves off to college next year. Knowing she'll have this and won't need to beg strangers for help will make me feel better about the situation. Her friends with the older cars may also appreciate it.

This jump starter is great. Super easy to use and is small enough to carry in the car/truck. My truck had a corroded battery and wouldn’t start. I didn’t have time to clean right then but needed to get it started. Hooked up the jump starter and it fired up easy. I’ve also used it on my Subarus that have startup issues or battery drain. Works great.

I live out of my van I often experience dead batteries when listening to my radio or charging my devices with the engine off. I bought this booster pack in hopes of not having to bum jumps off strangers vehicles when my battery dies. I was really skeptical at first given the size and price of this gizmo, but it already paid for itself when I just experienced a dead battery while camped out in a more rural spot today. This booster cranked and started my old Toyota sienna up immediately despite not even being fully charged! This thing is awesome! Plus, I can also charge my phone and laptop without having to use my vehicles power power outlets! Super cool! I don't know how long this will last compared to more expensiver $200/$300 booster packs here, but if I can get at least a good years use out of it, I would give it a solid 5 stars! I give it a 4 star rating only because the jumper cables wires lengths are too short.

This handy Car Jump Starter is awesome! I hate having to find people to jump my car so this is perfect because it's always available and I don't have to rely on anyone for help with a jump.. I love that it's portable and I have it with me at all times while driving. It's also a mini power station so I can charge all our devices on it too because it has USB out ports and a fast charge in my cars cigarette lighter to power auto devices with fast recharging within 5 hours. The clamps are also easy to use and have extended length to reach all sorts of different battery terminals. It even has alarms to automatically detect connection. It also can be used as an led flashlight with 4 modes as well as blinking for emergencies. This is gonna last too because it can start my car battery 60 times on a full charge.

Used the smaller one of BPROM when I ran a used car dealership, I used it way more than anyone ever would for personal use and it never let me down. It even started a diesel box truck in 30 degree weather. Since then I decided to buy the larger 3000 and have used it twice jump starting some coworkers vehicles at work and it worked flawlessly on a V8 and then a Toyota 4 cylinder. Good piece of mind for an affordable price. The carrying case is really nice too!

This is a great little gadget at an affordable price. Easy to carry for emergencies. We have several vehicles, including motorcycles that sit through the winter, and this will start them right up. I recommend this for anyone.
