Doesn't have a very large battery capacity, was able to get 4 attempted jumps before it completely killed the unit (as in it wouldn't come on or even charge via USB). Had to directly hook the battery up to a 12v power source to get it up to a high enough voltage so it could charge normally. Seller's customer service was on point though.

I live on an acreage with a plethora of vehicles and tractors, and it seems like we have to jump start at least one of them a couple times per year. I got tired of having to drive another vehicle over and use jumper cables, so I finally broke down and bought a jump pack. The body of the unit is small and light weight, which is convenient. It has both a physical slider switch and push button switch, both of which have to be turned on. I'm not sure why--maybe protection against accidental draining during storage? All the electrical plugs are covered by rubber flaps the fit securely. They should do a good job of keeping debris out of the plugs, but can sometimes be difficult to open. The LED light isn't super bright, but it works. It shoots out the opposite end from the cables, so you can't actually use the light to see what you're doing during a jump start situation, which is a design fail. The light has three modes: solid, fast flash, and slow flash, so you might think it's intended as an attention getting light, but it's really too dim for that. The USB-A charging ports are worthless. They work for a few minutes, but then when the unit powers off automatically, the ports turn off as well. You can't use them to do any extensive charging. The jumper cables are very short, but they are long enough to reach the two battery terminals, so I guess that's long enough. This unit states that it's intended for use on 6-cylinder and smaller engines (no V8 trucks). I haven't had a need to jump start any of our trucks yet, but I'll certainly give this unit a shot when the time comes. Most of the jump starting we have to do is on our smaller 4-cyl vehicles and on our lawn tractors. I've already had to jump start our Subaru Forester twice (once from a VERY dead battery), and it worked great both times. My preference would be to get a larger jump pack that's designed to work on all the vehicles I own, but this one came at such a cheap price that I couldn't pass it up for use around the farm. I'll get a bigger one someday to keep in my wife's truck.

Feels cheap, I was concerned it wouldn't work. It has a barely/nonfunctional compass for some reason. Once I charged it up, it 100% started my mower with zero hesitation. It actually starts it better than the much larger and heavier jump pack I have. I'll be adding this to my motorcycle backpack when I go cross country riding as it will save me or someone else in my group who doesn't have a kickstarter some day.

Well put together compact boost jumper for cars and trucks. I tested this on my 4 cylinder Honda Accord and it worked really well. I charged it fully on the provided usb-c charger with my cell phone's USB brick which took approximately 3 hours to charge this from 50% to full charge. My car battery was low so I decided to go ahead and jump it. I connected the cables black ground cable first red power cable second check the power indicator on the unit it was full and let it sit on my battery for approximately 3 minutes and then I crank the car up. The car cranked right up in the first try. The unit has a good fit and finish everything feels well made it's got good rubber cushion and a little compass which is a cool added bonus. I really like having the flashlights with a battery this size to built-in flashlights can probably run for 24 hours maybe a little less. After the car battery was jumped I checked the power supply and it was down to three bars. I placed it back on the charger and it fully charged an hour and 35 minutes. I'm going to be testing it again the next time the car battery is low One of the main things that provides a great value with this unit should be thinking about how much it would cost to have a AAA or some other car service come out and jump you. On average it's about $75 to get your car jumped in a parking lot. Why do that when you can purchase this for a fraction of that price and use it as many times as you like. Not only that this unit has a USB a built-in so you can charge your cell phone off of it use it as a flashlight and if you're ever out somewhere and need to know which direction to go this little guy even has a compass built in.
