Everyone knows Tesla doesn't have spare tire, so you if happen to be driving in areas where it may take awhile for roadside assistance to get to you-- then you are stuck. This is where this jack comes into play. Comes with pretty much everything you need--gloves, ratcheting wrench to quickly jack your car up, telescoping lug nut wrench with the proper socket and so much more. This a well thought of tool, all the essentials to get you back on the road, the only thing you may only need is a tire plug. The quality and build is also pretty good. The point being is that if you can jack up your Tesla and remove the tire easily, you are over half the battle when fixing your flat tire. And by the way, it's not just for Tesla but for pretty much all vehicles out there. I'm quite happy with this tool, really smartly package together. I have this now in my rear trunk as an essential tool. If you own a Tesla, don't think twice and just grab this tool, I super recommend it without question. ... show more

    • Great peace of mind for Tesla owners
Part of my upbringing was being taught how to change a tire and even repair a tire on the side of the road so when I discovered my Model 3 had no spare or even a jack I was left with a very uneasy feeling. This jack restored some peace of mind I believe every driver should have. It even comes with a ratcheting lug nut wrench, a puck to protect your jacking point and other goodies. Now my rear cargo area contains this jack, a battery operated compressor and a tire plug kit. It's not as ideal as having a full size spare but at least I know I'll have a fighting chance of getting home if I get a puncture. The jack appears well built and easy to use. The media could not be loaded. I just received this jack today and was anxious to put it through the paces as I’ve been driving around without a jack due to the failure of a 2-ton jack I had just purchased. While this jack is touted for use with certain Tesla models it also is presented as universal and I was drawn to it due to the 3-ton rating and slotted rubber pad that is placed on top of the jacking surface that would cradle the pinch weld sight where proper jacking is supposed to be done. The jack comes with a ratchet that is used to raise and lower. I found the length of the ratchet provided good leverage and smooth action without undue effort. I also operated the jack using a battery operated impact wrench which worked nicely. The set comes with an extendable wrench with two reversible sockets for four metric sizes that worked well with my lugs. The entire kit can be kept inside the included zipper bag along with a pair of thin gloves that would be welcome when you find your car with a flat in airport parking. This is all you need to Jack your car as well as any car that your family has. And that is important because I am the only one in this family that works on cars. No matter whose car I get a car for, I know I am prepared to jack it up easily. This 3 ton unit is beefy. And best of all, it all fits neatly and compactly into a carry bag. Will probably get some more for the other cars just in case so that if I can’t get to it, someone else can use it for whatever it needs to be done. ... show more
