The product received as shown. It was shipped expeditiously with care. This starter came already partially charged but required more to get to 100%. It is compact and comes with its own protection case, charge cord and easy to read instructions for usage. This is a must for preparation for winter. Great buy.

I was scepticule whether this would be even strong enough to jump start a car considering that it is small and compact. But after I tested it on a semi-dead battery, it actually brought it back to life. This is a really good emergency jump starter to have in your trunk, i recommend and will continue using.

The product airbed to jump start my car 2 maybe 3 times before that portion of it quit working. Then I used it as a power bank but that had now not working either. And I'm outside my return date.

I charged it to 100% and was able to jump both my Chevy Express Van 2500 and 990 Motorcycle (both completely dead) one after the other. Now one thing I am scared to do is use jumper cables due to a possible spark, but this was perfect. No spark. Soon as the positive cable was connected, I hard a jolt and the van started right up. My son tried to jump the van, previously, with his Jeep and it would not start. I might get some more as Christmas gifts.
