As I don’t drive a lot, and mostly drive locally, which are all bad for the battery, so I got this jump starter just in case. I tend toward reviewing only those products which are exceptionally great or exceptionally poor. This falls into the great category. It arrived with a 76% charge so I charged it to 100% overnight. Our Lexus 4.3 L V8 had a completely dead battery due to the trunk being left ajar. I attached the cables to the charger, attached the other ends to the battery, and turned the key. The car started on the first attempt and then sputtered. I paused a few seconds, tried again, and all was fine. I was amazed when I disconnected the charger and looked at the remaining power: a whopping 99%. This is a great value and a keeper! I have set a monthly reminder to check the charge.
