  • AMAZINGLY EFFECTIVE almost immediately !
Size: 6 Count
Amazing stuff ! Immediate action, dead fleas start falling out of our cat's dense coat in 30 minutes or less. Seems to take up to maybe 4 hours to completely kill ALL the fleas ! This tablet makes every other fleas remedy a joke. It doesn't stick around for long, or work for long though. It just kills fleas right away, then it's eliminated from the cat's system within hours. VERY VERY EFFECTIVE !!! It seems crazy that it can be used every couple of days, or on mother cats feeding kittens. Evidently it works by interference with an enzyme involved in making fleas shell exoskeleton bodies. Mamals don't have or use that enzyme I guess, so there's no effect on the cat ! But it kills fleas really quickly ! It's gratifying to see them falling out of his fur... Be aware that the fleas might be trying for a last meal or jumping around as they die. Something makes our cat a *litt bit* crazy going after fleas for an hour or so after taking Capstar. Nothing major, but you might notice it. It doesn't last long at all because all the fleas DIE quickly ! No fuss, no muss, just a comfortable cat in 2 hours or less in my experience ! It's PAINFULLY EXPENSIVE, but it works extremely well, and it's a lot less time, mess, and chemicals than an effective flea bath. ... show more

  • I Watched Fleas Fall Off My Cat in Real Time and It Was Both Horrifying and Magnificent
Size: 6 Count
My two indoor cats somehow acquired fleas. I had no idea until the scratching became impossible to ignore and a flea comb confirmed my nightmare. I ordered Capstar immediately, and the results were fast enough to be genuinely startling. Within 30 minutes of getting the tablet into both cats (hidden in a spoonful of wet food, worked perfectly), they were doing what I can only describe as the flea awareness shuffle: slightly agitated, moving around, giving me confused looks. This is normal and brief. What followed was watching dead and dying fleas surface and fall off the fur over the next hour. It is equal parts gross and deeply satisfying. One tablet kills over 90% of adult fleas within six hours of administration. That is not marketing language, it is accurate to my experience. The relief was visible and immediate. Important context every buyer should have: Capstar only kills adult fleas currently on the animal. It does not kill eggs, larvae, or prevent reinfestation. Each dose lasts approximately 24 hours. For a full flea protocol, you will want to pair it with a monthly preventative and treat your home environment as well. Think of Capstar as the emergency first strike, not the complete solution. Tablets can be given as often as once daily during an active infestation, which is genuinely useful. Administration is easy once you figure out your cat's preferred method of deception, whether that is wet food, cat broth, or a pill popper. The six-dose pack gives you enough for a meaningful treatment window. Highly effective for what it does, and vet-recommended. Keep it in the cabinet before you need it. ... show more

  • Instant Relief for Flea Infestations – A Must-Have for Pet Owners! Instant Relief for Flea Infestations – A Must-Have for Pet Owners!
Size: 6 Count
We recently tried the CAPSTAR (nitenpyram) Oral Flea Treatment for our pets, and it has been a game-changer in dealing with flea infestations. As a pet owner with multiple animals, flea treatments are essential, and this product provides fast, effective relief for our furry friends. Fast-Acting and Highly Effective What stands out about CAPSTAR is how quickly it works. After just a single dose, we saw immediate results. Within 30 minutes, fleas were dropping off our pets, and within a couple of hours, the infestation was significantly reduced. It’s perfect for those times when your pets need instant relief, especially if you’re dealing with an active flea problem. Safe and Easy to Administer This treatment is incredibly easy to give to our pets. The pills are small and can be given either directly or mixed with food. Both of our pets had no problem taking it, and it didn’t cause them any distress. The oral formula is safe and gentle, so we didn’t have to worry about harsh side effects. Works Quickly Between Other Treatments While this treatment doesn’t provide long-term flea prevention, it is an excellent quick-fix for an immediate infestation. It works well when paired with a monthly flea preventive to ensure your pets stay flea-free in the long run. It’s perfect for situations when you need fast relief before starting a longer-term flea prevention routine. Great Value for the Price For the results it delivers, the CAPSTAR Flea Treatment is a great value. It’s affordable and effective, especially for pet owners who are dealing with sudden flea issues. One dose is enough to take care of the problem, making it a practical option for those who need quick action. Final Verdict: A Must-Have for Fast Flea Relief If you’re looking for immediate, fast-acting flea relief for your pets, CAPSTAR Oral Flea Treatment is the product to choose. It’s effective, easy to administer, and works quickly to eliminate fleas, providing much-needed comfort for your pets. ✔ Pros: Fast-acting, easy to administer, effective, safe for pets ✘ Cons: Doesn’t provide long-term prevention (but works well with other treatments) Would I buy it again? Yes, especially for quick flea relief! ... show more

  • Yes Kills fleas fast. Doesn’t kill larvae and eggs.
Size: 6 Count
Works well to kill fleas fast, but… The Capstar starts working within 30mins, and kills all biting adults within 6hrs and leaves the cats system after 24hrs. It does not target the larvae and eggs, and the cycle will continue. You will need a longer lasting topical along side the capstar to “target” the larvae and eggs. I got frontline plus as my part 2, it doesn’t kill larvae and eggs either, it just stunts their development to maturation they will naturally die off of starvation within 1-2weeks. The cocooned pupae can still be protected and dormant for 6-12 months if undisturbed. It does what it says - but NEEDS part 2 + Steam cleaning and daily vacuuming. ... show more

  • IT WORKS!
Size: 6 Count
This stuff is amazing. I recently took in a stray kitten that I found in my yard. She was angry, scared, and completely feral. It didn't take long to figure out why, she was absolutely covered in fleas. I hid a Capstar tablet in her food, and it started working in about 20 minutes. At first, she began scratching and grooming herself nonstop. Then she went absolutely crazy for about 30 minutes. I'll admit, I panicked and thought I had poisoned her. After about an hour, she finally settled down, and that's when I noticed something incredible: dead fleas were literally falling off her in droves. I've never seen anything like it. The difference was night and day. One thing to keep in mind is that Capstar kills the live fleas, but if there are eggs in the environment, you'll likely need additional treatments or a longer-term flea medication to completely solve the problem. For quickly knocking down a serious flea infestation, this stuff was incredibly effective. ... show more

  • Easy to hide in food to eat
Size: 6 Count
It took us forever to get rid of fleas. There was no sight of any except on the cat. We used nearly all of these to finally get somewhere with killing them. I wouldn’t wish fleas on my worst enemy. I mean this is the first step to killing the ones on her then you gotta clean the mess off the cat and the surroundings. Ugh. PTSD while writing this now that they’re gone. She scratched, she spazzed, she was all over the place after we gave her a CapStar cuz they’re moving around her more freaking out - that’s normal. They’re super small so easy to hide in her food so she’ll eat it. ... show more

  • Works super fast. Definitely kills fleas.
Size: 6 Count
Good product and yes, it works ASAP. You can literally tell within 30 minutes or so from the cat ingesting it…. I was watching fleas die within an hour or two.. It does make my indoor cat a little hyper for the first couple of hours.. However, about every 7 to 10 days, you have to administer it again to keep killing off the hatching eggs. I finally found a generic version that has a lot more product for less money. Good tip to look for this product under a generic name… works just as well ... show more

  • Fastest working flea treatment I’ve used, no issues getting cat to take
Size: 6 Count
Very impressed so far. My six year old cat recently got fleas for the first time ever and the topical treatment we were using wasn’t working. I was a little skeptical about how my cat would take meds orally, but it was no problem at all. We just broke it up and mixed it in with his wet food. I was shocked at how quickly they started working. Within an hour, my cat was going crazy because all of the fleas were moving everywhere (which means it’s working). We went out to dinner and came back, and there was at least fifteen dead fleas on his blanket outside. I’ve never seen flea meds work that fast. And I also like that if you aren’t sure if your cat kept the pill down, it is gentle enough to give him one each day. ... show more
