I bought my first CAP barbell weight set more 5-8 years ago. I adored the CAP weights so much I had to buy some extra small weights from the company again. I gotta say I love the new weight sets/design better than the previous version. The new weights are easier to grab and handle. Also, the edges are smooth rather than sharp. I really like the new weight set from CAP company. Overall, I am very happy with the smoothness of the weight, great quality, design. However, I was not happy with so much of styrofoam, plastic packagings from the company. It's 2023 we can do better than this! Other than that I am happy with the weights. Cheapest 45s I could find. They do the job great, I just forgot to compare diameters of my 45s with these. I hate it when things don't match. Not their fault, great product.

This is the best bang for your buck! My weights came packaged perfectly!! I get a little worried ordering weights. I see plenty of badly packaged items as a UPS driver. But Cap does an excellent job packing your weights! And the weights do what they’re supposed to do! Lol
