This rack is exactly what I wanted. I was skeptical given the price but it lived up to the other reviews. Assembly took about an hour by myself. Fit perfectly in the space I had in my basement. The cage is sturdy and the J hooks and safety bars appear to be good quality. The pull up bar isn’t too thick or too thin.

I squat about 300lbs, and this rack seems a little unstable, wobbly when i rack up the weights. Here in the online description, it says max weight is 500~600lbs. In the actual product manual that I received, it says 300lbs from the weight, and 300lbs from the person, for a total of 600lbs. Now, when you squat, obviously you take the person's weight out of the equation since your weight is not on the rack. So does that mean the rack can only hold 300lbs of weights ??? If I could get another chance to buy a rack, I would have opted for a more expensive, more sturdier gauge steel, and 3x3 tubing. This rack will be ok if you squat 2 plates and below. I pretty much bought the whole set from CAP barbell. The rack, ALL the weights, are all from the same company, CAP barbell. And the weight accuracy is all over the place. For example, I have 4 of the 45lbs plates, and ONE of them actually weigh 45, and all the others weigh 43.... Also, I am attaching a picture where one of the bolts that connect the upper cross beam doesn't fit, so it sits loose. So I mean i guess that's what you get for going with a budget build. Again, if you are starting, it should be fine. If you are anywhere near advanced, look for a more serious rack.

Set up was pretty straightforward. Took less than a half hour, using cordless impact and 17mm socket. Along with the provided Allen wrench. Arrived complete, undamaged, and on the day it was supposed to. So far, very satisfied.

2 stars because this was a warehouse purchase and _MAYBE_ its not CAPs fault so many parts were missing. That said, I've bought several cap products over the years and something is always missing. This rack is good enough, was easy enough to put together, and is not the most sturdy thing in the world. Its what you expect from a product at this price point. This was bought during the 2020 plague, so i was taking what i could get.
