    • Holding up very well so far

We’ve really been happy with these workout mats. We’ve had them for about 3 months and have held up well so far. I especially like that you can rearrange the pieces to fit your needs. We currently have it in a 3x4 setup, and it’s perfect for our space. We’re using it for a bench and putting some free weights on it. I’ve noticed that the mat indents where the weights are, but it eventually springs back so you can’t even tell they were there. It’s fairly comfortable to sit on if your doing some floor exercises, it has enough cushion without being overly squishy. You can vacuum right on top of the mats, which makes cleaning really easy. We plan to purchase another pack when we get a treadmill. Overall, a solid purchase. ... show more

Haven't used them for anything yet but am always looking for a decently priced thick padding for both indoor and outdoor: my toddler, to stretch on, our porch, vacation, under my pop up gazebo. figured for the price (half off when I made my purchase) and all the ways I can use them Id regret not buying. They seem better quality than I expected honestly and are a good size. I like how the edges can be taken on and off for easy attachment or making them look 'neater' by adding them on. They seem comfortable enough for floor pads and I will update this on how long they last and how they hold up. My daughter already loves rolling around on them (as you can see) so 5 stars from her haha . I apologize for the probably not helpful photos, Couldnt find a measuring tape but wanted to add atleast some visual to my review. I am happy with my purchase ... show more

    • Easy to install, durability will be tested

Exactly what I wanted for my basement that I’m converting to a play area for my toddler. Easy to cut and install. Covered my entire basement floor and the only tools needed were a box cutter and a tape measure. Two things keeping me from giving it five stars. 1) a lot of the “tabs” or “ears” weren’t cut clean and had a rounded edges. This makes it look like there are small gaps between some tiles when there really isn’t. 2) They aren’t very dense at all. I can already tell that even light objects are going to leave imprints. Not the biggest deal but certainly a con in the durability column. ... show more

    • Great for home gym
Color: Diamond - Black Style: 6 Tiles (24 SQ FT)
Created a small home gym in a spare room and these were great. Bought 4 boxes, covered most of the floor in an average sized room, probably could've used 6 boxes but we also left a space unmatted for the treadmill. Super easy to put together. I did the whole floor in under 45 minutes, and that was including cutting 4 in half to go around the wall. Not super thick but we knew that before buying and we aren't using jacked up weights so we didn't need them to be. A+ ... show more

Hey, this works. Nice and soft, yet firm enough to hold together and give you ground cushion. I use them to crawl under the car.

    • Another great CAP purchase!
Color: Diamond - Black Style: 6 Tiles (24 SQ FT)
We have a home gym. It has a concrete floor because when knew when building our home we were going to use the space as a weight room so we intentionally did not put flooring down. (It's in our finished basement.) I had two teenage boys at the time (now adults) and we purchased this flooring to help with the noise and to protect the floor from accidents. I initially put this flooring down in 2017. It's was super easy to install, wall to wall. It does get thinner over time, but I just recently replaced our flooring, so it lasted a good 8 years. There weren't any holes or any significant reason to replace it other than normal wear and tear. This flooring has been used and abused daily and has held up very well. I highly recommend it. It's relatively inexpensive and easy to put down, it can be cut to fit with a utility knife or scissors if necessary. We have two golden retrievers, they don't normally go in there, but their paws/nails don't hurt it and it's easy to clean with a broom or vacuum. We also clean it weekly with disinfectant. We have never been let down by CAP products, great quality without breaking the bank! ... show more

    • Just ok, but not a permanent solution for your home gym.
Color: Tatami - Black Style: 18 Tiles (72 SQ FT)
Review Image by The Shraders
These exercise mats serve their purpose for a time but some of them don't fit together properly or pull apart over time. The picture I included shows what they looked like when I first got them installed and they look great. However, I had to keep my plates on them to leave them looking so nice and over the course of the few months I've owned them the four mats on the left side shifted and no longer fit together with the rest of the mat properly. Now they just sit propped up against the wall of my weight room. Overall, the mats kind of work but I assume more will shift as time goes on and I'll eventually have to replace it with something sturdier and more expensive. As a semi-temporary solution they work, kind of. I still have them in my home gym and the ones under the power cage are still doing fine with no signs of wear, but it might not be the best option for weightlifters planning to do a lot of dynamic lifts. ... show more
