The weights in the photos for a standard size bar. The ones that actually arrive do not fit a standard sized bar. The hole is too small. Thus making them functionally useless.

My husband was waiting for rogue to get these similar plates in for the past year, but due to the pandemic and everyone doing home gyms, lack of availability, he got tired of missing out. I use these a lot working out to go up in weight by 5 pound increments. On and off easy. Weighed them and they are right on the money.

    • Happy with these but sharp around the edges
I mean it's a chunk of metal, goes on our Olympic bar just fine. They're not manufactured very carefully though, the inside edges are sharp and seems like some pieces flake off. I've found this to be true with all CAP plates.

These are absolutely perfect and even better for the deal. Bought these for my curl bar and they fit perfectly. Easy to get on and off, but doesn't move around a lot or rattle while I'm lifting. They don't have that weird kind of chemical smell either that some weights seem to have these days. I will definitely be buying more soon. ... show more
