Ill be honest. I bought this for the pure aspect that the printer itself comes in pink. I am obsessed with the color as it’s a special interest and I just had to have it and I had high hopes, did this printer live up to them? Well, somewhat yes but also not as high as I would have hoped. Aesthetically it’s beautiful and it gets me tons of compliments on my desk space. Production wise? When it prints, the ink tends to smear on the paper if I go over the papers with highlighter which is a pain as I use this for school and these printings are often school material that need to be marked and such. It’s great with printing double sided, it’s quick and can connect via wireless and to your phone which is awesome but another fallback is Scanning. Oh scanning. You will have to go through hoops to learn a new way to scan with this model, and once you do, the quality is very subpar which really let me down. For a Canon printer I really expected something exponentially more with scans but especially with color as I use a lot of color in my note taking and such, half the time my printer scan can’t even pick up my colors and it doesn’t show up in the picture when it shows me what it captured on screen which has gotten me docked points on several school assignments due to “poor note taking” which I then have to use my phone app to scan and send in a version with my phone. Sold by Olive Branch Enterprises in August 2021, if that makes a difference. I only ever got one good print out of this thing. It printed one test print, and then it broke. This would probably be a great printer if it worked. I'll edit my review once I get the replacement, but if that ones bad too I'll be lowering all stars... Then papers kept getting stuck in the roller when loading from the bottom try. I had to keep feeding it, paper would get stuck, flip it around, unload it from the back, pull paper out, replace backing. This went on for at least half an hour, never figured out why it couldn't just take one paper. But even when I gave it just ONE paper, it STILL got stuck. Okay fine, had to take another 30 minutes to figure out how to load it from the REAR TRAY (because it would yell at you to put paper in the bottom, as it only wanted to print from the bottom tray) At this point I think the printer is sentient, and it gets angry that I want to load from the rear tray. Once I figure out how to load ONLY from the rear tray (its hidden in settings from the PC program somewhere, can't just tell the printer itself to do it) So then lets try a simple test print of the words "testing" just on the top and bottom of the page, BUT NOW its taking forever! Why? It's also printing a gray bar on the side of the paper! Why? I HAVE NO CLUE. At this point I've already done ALL OF the troubleshooting, cleaned all the nozzles, run several check through each maintenance option WHICH WASTES LOTS OF INK, THANKS, and it's still doing it. Then I even manually looked at it and checked the ink cartridges, quick wipe down of where the paper runs through to make sure theres no ink. Still, it prints invisible lines. Also, it would never connect to the wifi, even with hand putting in the password, which is too much effort to do more than twice. I had my hopes up for this printer but this is the first time I've given up on a machine. I've got to return it. A brand new printer shouldn't be this much work. Literally, the thing should just WORK and PRINT, THATS ALL IT NEED TO DO when you get a BRAND NEW PRINTER!! ... show more

I have a long review but in the end it worked out, it took a lot of trial and error and a TON OF PATIENCE. I got this in March because I had an inkling that I would need to set up a home office and I needed a printer/scanner. I got this because I wanted wireless printer, I hate wires. So the first week it worked fine but then there was a firmware update and it caused problems. It started to only print half of the pages and then lose connection. I don't know technology very well but I finally figured out that I needed to hard reset the printer, delete the printer from my computer and redo everything as if I just bought it brand new. I have a Mac OS so it was troublesome but if you run it from the same wifi connection it works. And it works well with my pixel phone connection as well. I love sitting on the couch and finding a recipe and sending it to print out and collecting it later. Super awesome features. I gave it 4 stars because it took me about 2 weeks to figure out how to get it connected again to work. It was a nightmare but when you figure out how to get it to connect again, it works fine. ... show more

About the seller: B2B Office Supplies. Fast shipping. Excellent customer service. I did have a couple concerns about the printer and they answered quickly and resolved my issue right away. They were very professional. About the printer. In short, I'm a tech-y photographer and am picky and I love the printer! I had purchased a lower end HP and was extremely disappointed. I had to return it. So I purchased this one. It was easy to set up. It has a feeder on the back and the scanner on the top. It does not feel cheap and flimsy when opening up the machine and the compartments. The print quality was really good too. I will be using the printer for photos and crafts. Nice little printer!
