I had high hope when I purchased this plotter thinking it would save me some time and money from the shops but boy how wrong I was. Only after a few months it started to have issues and wouldn’t let me print, customer support was no help at all, a lot time and energy wasted on this worthless machine. And don’t even get me started on how expensive the inks are. This machine is definitely made to make you pay more for the parts and inks so they can keep draining money out of your pocket.
