Well made, easy to put together and very comfortable! There was not even a blemish on it! Material feels good. Sat in it and sat back and almost fell asleep. Only thing I did not like is the leg rest is a little short. Well done manufacturer!

This chair looks fabulous and is very comfortable, I've had is about a month and it's still like new. However,it is plenty wide,but I am 5ft3in tall and it's almost to short for me, my feet do hang off the end and it does not hold its self in and in-between recline, you are either sitting up feet out straight or completely stretched out, that part is sad and the only reason it got 4 stars. You do have to kick your feet back kind of hard to connect the close coming down, but im almost 70 and once i got the hang of it, its easy! Good luck everyone and happy rest time. ... show more

Delivery was quick and handled with care. Assembly was extremely easy. Quality of the chair is good. I was a little leery about buying a recliner online. However, after going to furniture stores and looking at chairs for $600 I was still reading bad reviews. Not to mention these stores were asking me to wait three to four weeks for delivery. It's a nice looking chair and was easy to put together. The problem is the lever for the recliner is way to hard to pull, and it won't lock in place. It's pretty much useless.

I was so mistaken about the missing parts. The right arm was in the bottom of the chair. The assembly was easy. Once the seat slides down a little ways about an inch or two you can push down from the tip and the locking mechanism clicks in easily. Push down on top at both sides. It's firmer than I thought , but it's still very comfortable when in a reclining position. My husband is a big man and the size is comfortable. We are very happy. When I didn't realize the arm rest was in the bottom of the chair and that's why it wouldn't recline really as well... The company was very helpful. Asked me to ease check the bottom of the chair and if it wasn't there they would help me from there. It was there. We are very pleased. ... show more

On the Prime Day, I bought two chairs as the gifts for my family members. I received both chairs one day sooner scheduled. However, the carton box for one of the chairs was badly damaged during transit. I was able to see the chair without opening the box. Since the carton box was badly damaged and the chair pieces were hard to assemble together, I was afraid that the mechanism and functionality of the chair can be affected. As the result, I notified the company about the situation and requested a refund or replacement of another chair since the refund policy is within 30 days. The employee promptly responded to my request by assuring the quality of their product and agreed the compensation amount if/when I needed to hire a local furniture repair person to repair the lock in mechanism. Overall, I believe CANMOV company provided high quality customer service by listening to their custmer. So far, my family members are happy with the chairs based on comfort and back support.
