Tired of $300 orthotics? Give these a try. I don't know about people with complicated foot problems but I do know they work for me. My feet turn in at the ankles and these work better than the MD ones.

I have used many of these products and this one is fine. However I think I have had some better ones like super feet. But these arent bad and they cost less.

I have size13, flat feet that cramp during Crossfit workouts… it’s the worst. I’ve been dealing with this for years and couldn’t wait to take my shoes off as soon as the workout was over. These fixed all that. They fit perfectly into my Reebok Nanos and are awesome for box jumps, jump rope, high impact stuff that typically triggers cramping - no problem now. I’ve got about 20 workouts with this as a sample size. Can’t speak to longevity yet.

These are one of the best insoles I have tried this is my second time ordering them they last really long and I switched them from one pair of shoes to another. The Arch support is amazing

I have posterior tibial tendonitis which led to my arch flattening on one of my feet and leads to pain. So, I got these arch supports. They're so helpful. They are solid and strong, and they stay supportive. I put these in my shoes and went on a trip to Las Vegas recently where we walked a lot, and had no pain. They worked great.

Love these as a cheap option, however be aware they smell like sweat socks after a few months of use and are not a long term solution.
