My first one lasted 3 months before the velcro wouldn't hold on very well. Made the mistake of washing in the machine instead of hand washing. Best to wear over cotton clothes. I was looking for something to wear everyday to flatten my belly under my t-shirts. This works great because its comfortable and not bulky. But I have to turn the velcro strap around to hide it well under my shirts. This product will not "snatch" your waist, there's no heavy compression. My only concern is the velcro may start to wear away the fabric over time. But its a good product for the price.

I wish I could give negative stars. This abdominal binder has clearly been used and has dried body secretions on it, and parts of it show signs of wear. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable.

I have problems with my cartilage and it tends to shift causing me a lot of pain, once I get it back in place I'll wrap myself in this so it keeps my back somewhat straight and pushes up so things don't overlap as much. I like that you can Velcro it pretty much anywhere for I have a very small figure, but once you take it off you can see where it's frayed; so if you place it in the wrong spot it's not gonna look so pretty. It's definitely better than having something that doesn't fully stay together because there's not enough material in the right place. Since I got the size I did, I'm confident I can let several other people that are much larger in the waist area use it as well which is a plus. Getting it on takes a bit of tucking and pulling for me, but overall not too difficult.
