I have had the Aromadd U5 since June, and honestly, I love it. If you are trying to figure out whether to get one, it has worked really well for throwing scent through my entire house. I hooked mine up directly into my HVAC system without any issues, and it has just kept working every single day without failing. One thing that surprised me right out of the box was the build quality. The materials feel solid—much more heavy-duty than I was anticipating for the price. The app is also super straightforward and easy to use, which makes adjusting things painless. The scent travels everywhere, and I have gotten a ton of compliments from people coming over. I also had to reach out to customer support with a general question, and Bella helped me out. The customer service experience was genuinely great. The only small wish, and it does not impact how well the machine works, is that I really wish they sold just the empty bottles with caps on Amazon separately and directly, instead of going through their site. As of this message, they only offer bottles with diffusers on Amazon. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

The best whole home fragrance system

I don't write reviews often but this one is a game changer! I have a two storied house.That is roughly 2,400 sq ft. I typically keep my house very clean. But I have two dogs that are constantly running in and out of the house. So they tend to bring in grass, and they tend to smell somewhat musky when playing in the heat. I have installed this in the attic to my air handler which was very easy. At the lowest setting you can smell it the second you walk through the door. I get constant comments on how good it smells. Its always working in the background and I never have to touch it. I love it and would buy it again. I recommend this product to all my friends already. Its cheaper than having all those ugly plug in air freshener around the house which only smells when u are close to them. This item evenly distributes it among all the rooms so there are no dead zones. I highly recommend this to be installed in the air handler of the ac. Its the only true way to unlock its full potential. The casing is almost like metal and it's very sturdy and durable. The casing and the parts appear to have alot of longevity. They didn't cut corners when they made this. Best of all when I have guests coming over I can open my app up and boost up the scent a hour or 2 before guest to arrive to smell even better. It has a bright nice led screen with significant lighting for manual setting adjustments. Fyi.... to get the most out of this set your AC fan to "ON" instead of AUTO that way the oils are constantly getting pushed by the ac so you aren't wasting any fragrance. I got the white color although I don't see it because it's in my attic i do love the casing colors as well as the black. If u have candle or air freshener in ur house go ahead and trash them and get this today! Also one bottle of oil has lasted me 2 1/2 months so far. Already paying itself off in the money I've spent on candles and stuff.

This works great for our 2700sq ft home. I have it hooked up tobthe hvac it was simple to use and the app is wonderful! I use a medium preset setting and the house has a mild, pleasant scent. I did have an issue with the nebulizer not working. Customer service through the app was very responsive and sent me a new one and a new free bottle as well, now it works great again. Would highly recommend! I had a small expensive "hotel collection" diffuser that quit working after about a year. AROMADD was less expensive and the customer service is better. Dont hesitate on this diffuser, they stand behind thier product.

A FIVE-STAR EXPERIENCE! My Home Smells Amazing, and a Year Later, I'm Still Impressed!

Let me start by saying that this AROMADD Smart Scent Diffuser has far exceeded my expectations! I've owned mine for approximately a year now, and it continues to perform just as well as it did when I first purchased it. I live in a 2,500-square-foot condo, all on one level, and this diffuser does an excellent job distributing fragrance throughout my home. Naturally, the scent is stronger the closer you get to the unit, but when I walk through my front door, I'm greeted by a wonderful, welcoming fragrance! It's noticeable without being overpowering, and that's exactly what I wanted. One thing I would recommend is allowing the diffuser to run for at least 30 minutes to give the fragrance time to circulate throughout your space. Of course, that may vary depending on the size and layout of your home. Setup was an absolute breeze! I use mine as a standalone unit rather than connecting it to my HVAC system, so I can't speak to the HVAC installation process. However, as a standalone diffuser, the quality and functionality have been outstanding. And let me tell you, the Bluetooth and app-control features are a game changer! Connecting my phone was simple, and I love the convenience of controlling the diffuser from my phone. On one occasion, I had family coming over, and I was able to activate the unit from my phone before meeting them at my place. By the time we arrived, the fragrance was already circulating throughout my home. I absolutely love that convenience! As for noise, the unit is fairly quiet. You can hear it operating if you're paying attention, but the sound is hardly noticeable. I've experienced no leaks, maintenance problems, or performance issues during my year of ownership. If I could change one thing about my purchase, I probably would have selected the white unit instead of black, simply because it would blend in better with my home decor. The black unit stands out a little more in my space, but that's entirely a matter of personal preference and certainly not a reflection of the product's performance. Would I purchase it again? Without hesitation! In fact, I would seriously consider purchasing one as a gift for someone else. If you're looking for a diffuser that can help create a welcoming fragrance throughout your home, this one has certainly delivered for me.

“Scents-ible” purchase

We originally planned to have this connected to our HVAC system, and it did include the parts necessary to do so, however, the HVAC installer talked us out of it. Probably a good thing he did. If you use a scent you aren’t completely enamored with, and your whole house smells like that, you won’t be a happy camper. We set it up as a stand alone, one area diffuser. It works pretty well for that purpose. It is quite strong when it sprays but the scent diffuses quickly. We placed central to the most used rooms of our home and it serves its purpose. I set it to the longest time between sprays so it isn’t overwhelming. The oil is very easy to fill and the top locks so little ones can’t open it. The unit holds a large amount of oil, so it isn’t something you need to worry about refilling frequently. In fact, the 100ml I poured in several months ago has barely gone down because each spray uses a barely perceptible amount of oil. I have my unit set to spray for 5 seconds with 900 seconds between sprays. The app is easy to use and makes setting the spray schedule fairly easy. Since I’ve set it up I haven’t needed to use the app again. One thing that would be nice is if the app showed the oil level remaining, but it really isn’t hard to check it manually. I recommend buying small bottles of the oil to try. They are pricey and we bought a large bottle the first time and my husband didn’t like it. The second one, he likes much better, although I’m not as fond of it.

I usually don’t write reviews but I thought this one deserved it! Let’s start by saying for years I have been a wallflower girl all over the house. I have pets and kids but I like my house to smell good! I got tired of the animals knocking them out of the plug and spilling all the oil out, spending lots of money on refills and hunting all the plug ins down from downstairs to upstairs once a month. I had been researching the sentiment but I didn’t want to spend the money and then AI found me this bad boy! Oh my gosh I love this thing and the price of it. My house is 3400 sq ft, and it makes the whole thing smell amazing! I was nervous that the oil was really expensive but one of the 4oz bottles has lasted me almost 3 months!!! The machine itself self is easy to setup and I threw it on the bar in my kitchen, people complained about the app but I don’t see why. I set up schedules for everyday and I don’t mess with it runs itself, haven’t had it disconnect once. It gives you like 7 or 8 programs to choose from or you can set it up custom. Every time I have people come over they are always commenting on how good the house smells and they think I have a candle…. Nope! I don’t think I have one bad thing to say about this guy. If you are thinking of purchasing do it!

Quiet luxury — Worth all 5 stars

**I was not bribed to leave a review nor do I get anything in return for providing one. I straight up just love this machine** If you’re on the fence about buying this, do yourself a favor and make the purchase. You only get to make a first impression once and it’s truly shocking how many guests have commented on my house’s pleasant scent as soon as they walk in. It’s the same sensation as walking into a luxury hotel, which is exactly the vibe I was going for. The unit itself feels quality as the exterior panels are made of glass. No issues with loose fixtures, leaks, etc. Anyone who left a bad review claiming that the machine is “loud” is being dramatic. It’s not at all. Hooking the unit up to my HVAC was a breeze, especially because all of the conversion pieces are included in the kit. It took less than 5 minutes. Like others have said, the app could use some updating but it’s overall very easy to operate. I inquired with customer service about making an adjustment so the scent gets dispersed only when the HVAC fan kicks on — Bella was quick to respond with a video showing the setup process and even threw in a free bottle of oil to try out when I told her I was on the fence about choosing a scent. Genuinely good customer service is hard to come by these days (especially because they don’t ask for tips like every other place now) and this company’s efforts are worth noting. Thank you for actually caring. Once you have your strength settings set to your liking there isn’t much looking back. For reference, I have a 3,500 square foot house. I set my unit to disperse for 15 seconds with 300 second pauses in between. It runs daily from 9am-11pm. A 500ml bottle of oil lasts me around 4 months. I’ve had it since June 2025 and there is no residual buildup in my vent system, which was something I was worried about. I wasted so much money on candles in the past it’s not even funny. I wish I would’ve purchased it sooner. Realistically, I think Aromadd should charge more for this product because of what you’re getting in return, but I admire that they’re not in it for the money. If you look at the price history tracker you’ll see that the cost hasn’t budged at all over the course of several months, holidays included. That’s honorable. This product is great. This company is great. I convinced my nail salon to buy one (lol). You should buy one too.
