You have a lot of options for lighting that can be controlled by remote or on unit. We use this in our living room and bedroom. Diffuser works great. Strong enough to be used as a humidifier (500ml capacity). Remote very helpful. If scent isn't strong enough, it's not the diffuser. Add a few more drops of oil or get a better oil.

Overall, this is a great diffuser and a great price. The instructions are in broken English so it's a bit to navigate, but I feel like that happens a lot. It has an auto shut off when the water runs out which is great, but if you're a light sleeper, you don't want it in your bedroom as it will beep kind of loud. I love the light feature, but again, instructions aren't great so if you find the color you like, you have to click it a second time to make it stay otherwise it flashes through. I love the high, low and intermittent settings. I can't seem to figure out the timing- it says it will run for 72 hours if it's full, but sometimes it seems to only run for the day. I understand that there are climate things that could affect this, but that's a big gap. I love that it has a remote as the buttons on the machine are very faint to see. It says to clean it with vinegar every 3 days- I don't usually do that and it's fine- I clean it when I switch oils. Sadly, the vinegar doesn't really clean all of the oil residue out of the machine, but I don't want to risk using soap. Lastly, the model I got came with some essential oils- I used them but they aren't great quality. IF you are new to the essential oils, it's a good place to start and know that there are ones with a lot better quality out there. ... show more

Really like this diffuser. It runs a long time - there are 4 settings for different lengths of time the steam runs for. It holds a lot of water & is very quiet. Cleaning is easy too. I’ve gone through many diffusers & this is def one of my favorites.

Been wanting a diffuser. I use to have a little one and it worked great so I got this big one and I absolutely love it! The minute I got it I put it to use. My husband and I have been using it for almost a week straight and have only put water in it once so definitely can say the water lasts a while. We turn it on for a while in the day but at night we leave it on. I love that it has an optional if you want it to shut off after an 1hr, 2hr, or 3.
