Smaller than expected but a great little diffuser
Color: Deep Colour-no Oil
Well that's smaller than I thought but it's getting the job done. I've only been using it for maybe a couple hours since it was delivered today and so far I'm very happy with it. I just need to get my head on straight when it comes to reading milliliters because it's smaller than I thought which means it's not going to last all day on a continuous setting. It's so quiet you have no idea that it's even on, I did notice that it did shut off on me at one point even though I used the continuous mode which is supposed to last 6 hours. I could smell the sense I put in right away and I noticed that the remote control not only turns on the diffuser but it also turns on my Blu-ray player so yes I had to move it. But I love it and it's beautiful.

High-quality diffuser, works well, worth the price.
Color: Deep Colour-no Oil
Love love this diffuser. This diffuser delivers and works as described. The remote control stopped working quickly and i manually turn it on and set the timer for automatic turn off. Noise level is not bothersome, easy to use, lighting is charming.

Inconvenient design flaws
Color: Deep Colour-no Oil
I initially purchased this diffuser in order to replace an identical model that I had purchased a few years back from a different seller on Amazon, but man was this one just disappointing. No kidding this diffuser turns off within just a few minutes of running. The first time it occurred I thought “well maybe it’s just user error…. perhaps I overfilled the reservoir with too much water”, and as someone who isn’t new to owning and operating diffusers I know that this often tends to be the reason for them to suddenly shut off (and of course lack of water). Well… throughout the course of a few days I experimented with different water levels to see if that could’ve been the trigger, yet no matter where I set the water level this thing always ended up shutting off unexpectedly, either within just a few minutes of turning it on or even a half hour later. There have also been a couple occasions where I found myself having to turn it back on after it cut off at least 5 times within a 1hr span. And after noticing the problem and coming back to read others reviews stating the same issue, I really wish I had paid closer attention to the reviews before making the decision to opt for this specific diffuser. Once it stops throwing a fit and finally decides to stay on however, the run time is pretty short lived. My previous diffuser which held the same capacity and looked identical to this one had a consistent run time of up to 18hrs max, and although this diffuser claims to run for up to 6hrs I’d say it runs for no more than 4hrs. As someone who enjoys running their diffuser at night with oils like peppermint, eucalyptus, and lemongrass in order to open up my stuffy sinuses and clear my airways to allow for better night’s sleep, having a diffuser that won’t stay on consistently throughout the night is a major inconvenience (and in my case just completely pointless.) There’s a few things that initially stood out to me about this diffuser that made me opt for it. I loved the fact that this one comes with a remote that allows me to change the diffuser’s settings while I’m cozied up in bed, but what’s the use if it’s not as simple as just set it and done? Instead I’m constantly reaching for the remote to get this diffuser up and running again after it decides to shut off abruptly for the billionth time. The large capacity of the reservoir is also a plus too… but again what’s the point of holding a good amount of water if it doesn’t operate for long anyways? The only genuine plus to this diffuser is that the mist covers a pretty large area. If I set it and walk away, I can usually smell the oils down the hall before I even approach my fairly large master bedroom. Unfortunately the cons outweigh the pros for this diffuser. Sadly my return window has closed, but the least I can do at this point is share my honest experience with you in hopes that it keeps you from investing in the same mistake. Although I can’t think of a good reason to recommend this particular diffuser, I know there are far better ones on Amazon of great quality and that won’t break the bank. I’ll continue on with my search, and hopefully you will too.

Great for small spaces
Color: Deep Colour-no Oil
This 550ml Essential Oil Diffuser is the perfect addition to my home! It’s easy to use, looks great, and the remote control makes it super convenient. The mist is consistent, and it immediately makes the room smell amazing. I love using it to create a relaxing atmosphere. However, I’ve found that it works best in smaller spaces — the scent doesn’t carry as strongly in large rooms. Overall, it’s an excellent diffuser that adds both comfort and fragrance to any space!

Doesn't work after having it a short time
Color: Deep Colour-no Oil
I have mixed feelings on this diffuser. I've cleaned as instructed many times, but seems like the flow is very low so it doesn't spread the room with fragrance. I've used essential oil. I liked it because it has a remote. Also when using my TV remote it makes the diffuser click which I really don't know if it makes it malfunction. I will not purchase this again. 🥺
