The media could not be loaded. Stylish and functional are two words I would use to describe this product. Easy to use straight from the box without the Wifi set up. I have not tried that feature yet. I like that it cuts itself off when empty, but it does a hold a lot of water and runs for hours. The oil scent stays pretty strong for a long time. It doubles as a humidifier so it can be used without oil, also. The led lights can run without the humidifer/diffusing feature going so I use that as a nightlight sometimes. It does turn off the led lights once it is empty if you had the diffuser going at the same time. I have found that placing it a corner, table height, in an area of the room where air flows pulls the scent through ventilation is best. Don't place it right under a ceiling fan but off to the side of the room and let the ventilation from the fan gently pull the scent across the room, as a suggestion. Depending on quality of oil you use, it can overpower small bedrooms but it can be overwhelmed in larger open floorplans, depending on cross ventilation. It has a low and high setting so you may have to play with settings that best fit your area to get a desired experience. I have 4 of these in my 3 bedroom, 1530 sq ft home and I have bought two as gifts. I do not have an open floor plan (Cape Cod) so I placed 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. UPDATE It’s been over a year and it still works perfectly! I’ve moved and had to connect to different wifi networks as well. ——— I’m really happy with this product. I’ve had it for about a week now and everything has been working perfectly. When I was looking at reviews before getting it I saw a lot of reviews that made me doubt but then I read one that seemed trustworthy and honest so I decided to go for it and give it a try. So far I was able to connect it with my echo dot and google home mini with no problems. The setup was really easy to do for both and it has worked great! The color in the picture is my favorite and I actually discovered it by asking Alexa to turn it to pink. I can smell the scents and the noise level is minimum. In fact the little sound I hear I found kind of relaxing. At night you can also turn light off or dim it so it’s not disturbing. I’m overall satisfied with the product and surprised about some of the other reviews. I recommend this product, if anything changes I’ll update my review later.

This is a really neat little oil diffuser. The 2 settings of volume, weak or strong really work well. What doesn't work well is the software. Any settings of timer on/off (2 hr, 3 hrs etc)in the timer section do not carry over to the schedule section. There you have to enter a start time and then enter a stop time. Took me a while to figure out why it didn't't shut off after my 3 hour timer setting The manual, well the manual is good for a coaster. But when you figure it all out it really is a cool device. Came close to returning it in the beginning but am glad I did not. If you get really frustrated I would answer questions and I am sure others would too.

The media could not be loaded. How to Connect the Smart Diffuser to Alexa (Step-by-Step): 1. Download the “Tuya Smart” app (or Smart Life – either works the same) from your phone’s app store. Look for the logo with a white "T" on an orange background. 2. Plug in your diffuser and make sure it’s flashing or in pairing mode. (If it’s not flashing, hold the power button for about 5 seconds to reset it.) 3. Open the Tuya Smart app and create an account (or sign in if you already have one). 4. Tap the '+' button in the app to add a new device. Choose Small Home Appliances > Diffuser or Humidifier (Wi-Fi). 5. Connect to your Wi-Fi (must be 2.4 GHz) and follow the prompts to pair your diffuser. 6. Once it’s added, tap the settings in the Tuya app and link it to Alexa: Go to your Alexa app (already on your phone), Tap “More” > “Skills & Games” > Search “Tuya Smart”, Tap “Enable to Use” and sign in with your Tuya login to link the accounts. 7. Alexa will now discover the diffuser automatically. Very stylish, quiet. It is easy to wipe out after each use. Easy to connect to wifi. Just stopped working after 8 months. It will turn on but no diffuse which cause to the unit to get hot and be a fire hazard. This obvious does not last long. Not worth the money. The company has not website and not way to contact them. Buy at your own risk.
