We discovered this spray on one of our AirBnB trips and I immediately bought it before we left our stay! This smells amazing. So relaxing to spray right before bed. I put one in my guest room also and spray the sheets before our visitors arrive. Great product!

I've only tried this 1 night so far but here is my first impression. The smell is wonderful, very pleasant and calming. I sprayed my pillow pretty heavily and waited a little before lying down so it would dry. Here's the confusing part. Upon lying down, I smelled it very well, but it didn't seem like too long before i didn't really notice it. But, could it be "nose blindness", that is, I adjusted to it so it didn't seem as strong? I'm not sure if it made me fall asleep faster, but I'll tell you this, i think i might have od'd on it, lol, I've been drowsy all day. But I tried spraying more on my pillow a couple times, so there's that. I will come back with more opinion after a little bit, but honestly, I would recommend it, at the very least, it's a very nice smell to fall asleep to and I do find it calming as mentioned earlier. ... show more

If you love the smell of lavender and want a more relaxed sleep, this is the magic in spray form. The spray also contains chamomile and melatonin. It is a good value for the price, lasts quite awhile and helps with sleep. I spray it nightly on myself ( wrists, chest, feet), my pillowcase and covers. I love this product. I spray my sheets and pillows frequently. It is calming a and relaxing as I settle down to sleep. It's a great value for the money. A bottle can last me 2 to 3 months. It is only used on my bed. Your results will depend on the number of beds and the number of times you use it.
