I like to spray a little on my pillow and near the top of my quilt so I can smell it as I drift off to sleep. Spraying a lot would be too strong for me, but I do feel like it helps me relax. However, I’ve noticed my cat doesn’t seem to like it. If I spray it lower on my quilt where she lays, she will scratch at the quilt and seem agitated rather than laying down. ... show more

So happy I purchase it! I’m a night shift ER nurse and sometimes have a hard time winding down to sleep during the day. These help me relax with a pleasant smell and although they help relax me to sleep I love the smell so much I use lavender all the time and will often use these as body sprays. Last night was the first time that I tried this and I slept great! I usually wake up once the sun rises, naturally; it’s frustrating because even when I hardly sleep Im up once the sun is out. But last night I was able to sleep through that and wake up an hour later! I hope this continues because sleep is important! I function better when I sleep better!! By the way, I only used 2 pumps last night and that was enough. I wasn’t a huge fan of the smell and it was a pretty decent amount for the price! I thought it didn’t work until I lit them toys up.. I mean used to recommended amount as labeled… just don’t get caught in the friendly fire or you will be sleeping right next to them ! But does it last long ? It doesn’t not the strong willed kids but let them give those toys a big hug !

THE BEST PART IS I HAVE 2 DOGS ONE OF WHICH LIKES TO SLEEP UP BY MY HEAD HOWEVER SHE IS UP AND DOWN ALL NIGHT BUT NOT SINCE I HAVE BEEN USING THIS. I stayed at a Marriott recently and discovered sleep spray. Searching Amazon if found the brand I was given during my stay but I also found Dr. Teals. Pricewise the Dr. Teals was 1/3 the price (I got 3 bottles for less than 1 bottle) so I thought it was worth a try. It is definitely a different product and has a different scent but it definitely works! I tested it by spraying on one of my couch pillows wondering if that would make me sleepy.
