These are your basic roof vent replacement lid and they work fine and seem to be made of good materials both the metal and the plastic. They came with the appropriate hardware and the instructions are good but I can't give them four stars due to the fact that they aren't assembled and require basic assembly before they can be installed on your RV! No, it's not hard to do and anybody can assemble them, it's just that it's a little strange not to have them put together when they arrive. They will work however and don't hesitate to buy them, just know that you're going to spend an extra 5 or 10 minutes putting the little screws in the right hole and tightening them up, being careful not to over tighten Etc... ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was a little hesitant after seeing the reviews on some of the installation issues, but I am glad I did buy it. Very high quality and perfect fit and finish. The instructions are a bit poor, but if you just watch a video or two you can easily see how to install it. Also, while some complained it was very tight to install the actual cross bars, I found that it fit quite well, perhaps a recent adjustment from the manufacturer. Also, watch my video to see a hack for making it much easier to install the screws into the rails without them falling into the rack! I have not yet mounted my Thule box on the cross bars, but I do not see any issues using it. ... show more
